Wonderful spot. Great for access to the park. Torin provided tons of useful information. Clean and extremely well equipped. Mattresses are rather firm, and stair treads are a bit shallow for my size 14 feet, but we would definitely stay again.

We can’t say enough about this place! It has amazing views on the huge outside deck that you probably won’t get anywhere else! It was very clean and the coffee bar is beyond great. The beds are very comfortable as well. It is right next to Mesa Verde National Park and close to Durango! This is a home away from home! Excellent!

We had a great stay at the Chalet for the new year's. Torin is very quick in responding to any of my queries, and informed us well about the property. Had a relaxing and comfortable stay . Would love to come again in summers.

Such a breathtaking view, the chalet was inviting and well furnished. The coffee bar is such a great thought. Sadly the wind did not allow us to explore the amazing porch swing or hiking trail. We plan to make a return trip soon!

This A-frame type house was an eclectic but perfect spot on the mountain top. Inside were dozens of form of. COFFEE and flavors. I thought the house was very reasonably priced. Master bedroom on the second level was very comfortable and nicely furnished. The house had this cluttered but very comfortable vibe.Refrigerator and pantry were jam stocked with lots of things we were able to use. Gorgeous view from the living room or from the outdoor patio.Our welcoming night was a big storm in the distance with lightning that made for an exciting first evening at the house.The outdoor patio was great where we enjoyed our snacks and cocktails those evenings. The last evening we were able to get quite a fire started in the fire pit, which was fun. The owner instructions to use a hose to douse the fire so as to protect these fragile areas from fire damage.We did not use the indoor fireplace.Our thanks go to Torin and lovely and memorable stay, he was available at every turn for questions

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting

The location was perfect to get into Mesa Verde National Park. The accommodations were great…complete instructions for everything, well-stocked coffee bar, dishes, hot tub, patio with fire pit to view sunset, trail to a small peak to view surrounding mountains.

Perfect getaway

Our host was extremely proactive, responsive and kind. The house was in perfect form, cozy and all the comforts of home were provided. The view and sunsets are magnificent and the closeness to Mesa Verse NP was a bonus. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful, comfortable stay near Mesa Verde

My family stayed at the chalet while visiting Mesa Verde National Park. The location was perfect, only ten minutes from the park. The kitchen had everything we needed, it was very cozy and we really enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful views. Also the hosts communication was great! I highly recommend if staying in Mancos!

Our stay was perfect

The chalet was quiet with gorgeous views of sunsets and sunrises. It was a perfect home base to explore Mesa Verde National park and to relax. Torino was awesome about staying in touch in case we needed anything. We will definitely be back.
