Great home that was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, the beds were amazing, and we enjoyed the games. We loved the quiet neighborhood and all the fun things to do around Cortez. This property will be our first choice next time we visit again!

Quiet neighborhood. Access to extra things like towels and blankets. House was clean. We arrived after dark and would recommend adding in the description when checking in about the multi-color garage lights. We also had user error opening the key lock box since we haven't used one before. Host did notify us ahead of time an unusual situation about something that was broken in the shared bathroom and the fix they temporarily had in place.

This was a last minute booking for the last night of a 6 day road trip for 7 people.It wasn't fancy, but was exactly what we needed. Comfortable beds. Lots of linens. The easiest check in/check out that I have ever experienced, communicative host, comfortable furniture, and close to Mesa Verde!We came after a day of hiking and my family kind of crashed - a couple sprawled on the couch/recliner to play games (we connected our switch), a few played card games, a couple took naps before joining in the games - cooked up the weirdest dinner ever (mozzarella sticks, pizza rolls, Asian chicken salad, chicken alfredo, tater tots... and a few other items). 100% would stay here again.

Everything was good. The carpet is quite stained though (likely from pets) and one of the beds was missing a top sheet. Overall though, the place was clean and what we needed. Check in/out was easy.
