Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Check out time is 11AM ✓ We will charge an additional fee of $75 if dishes are left dirty in the sink. ✓ Ensure windows are closed ✓ Make sure the grill is clean
✓ Please make sure all doors are locked. ✓ Trash (Wednesday or Thursday) if you are here on one of those days. ✓ Please make sure the exterior garage door is locked.
✓ If anything needs attention, please let us know. ✓ Set the splits at 72 during the winter months (October- April) and at 66 during the summer months (May – September) ✓ Outdoor Games are put away

We are thrilled to welcome you to our beloved home, built in 1980 by Kent and Sherry. For decades, this house has been filled with love, laughter, and countless family memories. Now, in their retirement, Kent and Sherry are excited to share their cherished retreat with you. They wanted to share their love for the area with others and recently decided to join the VRBO/AIRBNB family. They have stayed at numerous VRBO’s and AIRBNBs over the years and tried to learn the does and don’ts from each one. What they love the most about staying at a home during vacation is that we get to spend time with those with whom we are traveling, and we get to cook our own meals if we choose! We want this to be a place where families can gather and enjoy the numerous attractions the area has to offer and most of all enjoy their time together!

We absolutely adore our tranquil neighborhood, where lush trees provide a serene canopy along the paved roads, and each day feels like a gentle escape into nature. Our friendly neighbors are always ready with a warm greeting and a helping hand, fostering a true sense of community. Despite the peaceful setting, we’re just a short trip from the heart of town and its attractions, making it the perfect balance of quiet retreat and convenient accessibility.
