Perfect place for a family getaway! The kids (and pets) loved the pool!The house was clean and as advertised. The host was very responsive to all our questions and concerns. Plenty of parking and close to everything. Would definitely stay there again!

There is no tv outside like in the picture and grill was not displayed. There were no tongs or spatula for the grill. However, we did enjoy our stay.

I’m sorry the outdoor TV shown in the photos was not available and that the grill was not clearly represented. The TV unexpectedly broke from the previous guest. We’ll review the listing photos and provide the proper grill utensils, including tongs and a spatula, for future guests.

Amazing property

Great place for our Spring Break trip. House is clean, spacious and has everything you need. Location is a few blocks from the beach and close to all the amenties and restaurants you would need. Btw the showers are amazing...

Nice Beach House

We loved the location--very close to the beach with plenty of options to eat nearby. Our kids really enjoyed having a pool too! Lots of room and closet space. Great communication from the owners. We would totally stay here again!

Nice house, clean property, friendly neighbor cats, not too too far from the beach, missing smaller essentials like spatula/water filter, could have used more trash bags, grateful for soaps shampoos, needed more towels.overall great spot, great hosts.

Very Nice Stay!

My family of 3 stayed at this property with another family of 4 and we had plenty of space. The pool was amazing! We enjoyed every bit of it! Everything was clean and there were plenty of towels and washcloths for us. The beach is just a short drive across the street and there are several good shops and restaurants at your fingertips. There was no toaster or blender but not a major inconvenience! We look forward to staying at one of Andrew & Melody’s properties again in the future!

Cozy, Spacious, and Convenient - Highly Recommend!

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house itself is in fantastic condition – clean, well-maintained, and exactly as pictured. It's a large house, which was perfect for our group, but it still managed to feel cozy and welcoming. The location was also a huge plus; it was so convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. Andrew and Melody were incredible hosts. They provided clear and helpful instructions ahead of time, making check-in a breeze. Throughout our stay, they were always readily available to answer any questions we had, and were incredibly responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious and comfortable home away from home in a great location. You won't be disappointed!

Overall this stay was fine but I did knock off a star. This property is run by a vacation rental company, not just the owner of the house. So it seemed like a lot of overkill for certain things. Every time you have a question or concern, it seems you are talking to AI and they come back and say, “let us check in with our team and get back to you.” They say you can pay for early check in or late check out but we were denied both when we asked. Being out by 10 AM is kind of a bummer when you are trying to enjoy your last morning of vacation. I was also very annoyed that I was courteous enough to ask them if it would be ok for my brother to stop by to see us for a few hours as he lives in Jax and they asked me repeatedly if he was going to be alone and was he planning to spend the night. I wasn’t asking to have a party…just a simple visit with my adult brother. For the amount of fees they tack on to this after you book, it seems they could do better at trusting the adults that are paying that kind of money for the stay. Overall the house is fine. Very minimal furnishings but we didn’t care cause we were there to swim. Pool was great!!! Also, be aware that the photos are not updated. There are now houses on all sides of this property including the big open lot in the picture, but the backyard still felt mostly private. Just beware that the windows of the new house do look down on the pool. Will say you can’t beat the amazing location! Very close to Jax beach and everything needed

I’m sorry our communication felt impersonal and that early check-in/late check-out couldn’t be accommodated. We require verification for visitors and firm check-out times to protect bookings and cleaning schedules, but your experience with repeated, scripted replies and the denial of flexibility is not what we want guests to feel. I’ve shared your comments with the team so we can improve how we communicate, consider greater flexibility when possible, and make our policies clearer up front. Thanks also for noting the new neighboring homes and sightlines to the pool we plan to update the listing photos once the neighborhood has calmed down on developing. Thank you!

Spring Break

We had a wonderful time in Jacksonville for spring break. The house was in close walking distance of the beach and local restaurants. The only complaint was the massive hole in the livingroom ceiling. It was covered with plastic and duct tape. It seemed to be from some leak. It would have been nice to be notified of this prior to booking. Overall the house was nice.

Amazing outdoor pool space!

We LOVED this place! We had 7 kids ages 7-13 and we really enjoyed the beautiful pool and amazing outdoor setup with sectional couch, overhead shade, outdoor TV w/bar & mini fridge, and pool with waterfall and palm trees. We spent most of our time in the awesome backyard setup- didn’t spend much time indoors. Super short drive to beach with ample free parking (could walk, we just chose not to with our big group of kids). 3 minute drive for groceries was awesome! We LOVED the cute brunch place we walked to at the end of the street. Just a short drive to Jacksonville city to do some fun tourist stuff. Property was clean with plenty of towels.

Family visit to FL

The inside of the house was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was nice and had all of the supplies for cooking and food prep that we needed. The back patio is nice. The pool is great but the jets and skimmer did not work the whole time we were there. We did communicate with the owners and they sent a maintenance man to try to fix it, but he was not able to. The owners were sorry and issued us a credit. The location of the house is great and we were able to go to the beach a few times as well as the grocery store and restaurants in a very convenient Manner.

Beach

For the cleaning fee price it was not as clean as it should be. There was mold on the masters soap dispenser and the downstairs faucets. The one shower had a leak so the ceiling is all messed up. The downstairs bathroom toilet chain kept falling off and not flushing. Im not sure why the vacuum was in the pool the whole time.

Very pet friendly. The pool was perfect for the location. The host was very easy to communicate with. The house was perfect for what we needed it for. I highly recommended that they invest in more furniture for the living room. The house sleeps 8 and the living room barely fits 4-5.
