Our home is perfect for the family on the go. The condo sleeps 4 and has all the comforts of home. You will love our contemporary upscale furnishings that will make your stay a delight. When you are on the go, you can enjoy the Desert Ridge area with all of its shopping, dining and entertainment. Scottsdale is minutes away. If you are a sports nut, be sure not to miss Spring Training, or the Arizona Diamondbacks. If you visit us in the Fall, don't miss the ASU or Phoenix Cardinal Football Games. If basketball is your game, the Phoenix Suns are a short ride away. Going to Sodona or the Grand Canyon? Hop in the car for those breathtaking venues. If you are a golfer, there are more golf courses in the area than you can imagine. Take a tumble on your bike, the Mayo Clinic is a couple miles away. You name it, you will find it in and around our beautiful home.

The world famous Mayo Clinic is just a hop, skip and a jump from our condo. The Mayo Clinic is home to more than 300 physicians and 4000 staff serving more than 100,000 patients per year. Our home is the perfect place to relax while you are receiving treatment at the Mayo Clinic.

10 weeks Avanti in Desert Ridge!

The condo is accurate in description . Rented as a snowbird to visit my daughter’s family N of Desert Ridge. The owners were great and responsive to our needs. The only negative aspect is parking , we have a F 150 extended cab and the garage is small. Other than that we had a great stay!

Great location

I loved the location of this condo with easy access on/off the 101 and close to Desert Ridge Marketplace. The grounds are very nice and the pool a great place to hang out. The condo itself was nicely equipped in the kitchen and just recently had new carpet installed in the bedrooms. Owners were very quick to answer questions and respond to emails and calls.

Very Nice Condo

We arrived on time and the home was ready for us. Clean, comfortable home with necessary basics. Outside private patio furniture/umbrella available. Felt very safe here and walked nearly everyday around area. Pool close by. Quiet area. Appreciate private, attached garage parking.

A great location to get to any event in the valley. The condo was very clean with all the confronts of home. Brad & Rochelle were very easy to work with and were very helpful with solving a internet/TV problem. A great range of shopping and restaurants near the condo if you should choose to dine out. I would recommend staying here.

Perfect Location

Our stay at Brad and Rochelle's desert home was absolutely fantastic. The property is situated in a prime location. Whether it was exploring local restaurants or enjoying nearby hiking trails, we found everything conveniently close by. The neigborhood was perfect for our morning walks...safe,quiet and serene. Brad and Rochelle were extremely responsive and accommodating from the moment we booked our stay. They were quick to answer any questions or concerns. Overall, our experience met all expectations. The combination of the unbeatable location and the attentive owners made for an unforgettable getaway. We would gladly return in the future and can't wait to plan our next visit.

Best Yet!

This property has received so many outstanding reviews that it's difficult to find additional superlatives to express our appreciation for the six weeks we made the Rudnick condo our home in Phoenix/Scottsdale. We've stayed in many HomeAway properties all over the world, and this one easily becomes the gold standard of what a HomeAway experience should be. We've spent up to $200 on missing items in other rentals just to meet our minimal living requirements. Here we had everything we needed to live in comfort and luxury. (Well, we did buy a wooden spoon, which we'll leave in the drawer for whoever is next!) Brad responded immediately to the one or two questions we had during our stay--congenial, supportive, accessible and responsive. And don't let the summer heat in Phoenix discourage you from renting the Rudnick condo: There's plenty to do in the area to beat the heat. Many thanks, Brad!

Location impacts final score

There is one primary reason we didn’t rate our stay 5/5 which I will explain below. Before I do, I want to summarize our visit and the many positive things about it. Brad and Rochelle are great hosts. Instructions prior to arrival were timely and concise. We entered the condo for the first time without issue and found it to be very clean and tidy although a bit dated in color. The condo is well appointed. The family room furniture is starting to show its age but is still very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with high quality pots & pans, utensils, bakeware, etc. The carpeting in the bedrooms appears to be “newer” with thick padding. The bathrooms were clean, however the master bathroom grout throughout on the floor is dirty and stained and can really use a deep, thorough steam cleaning. Also, the bathroom rugs are very dated and thin. The location of the complex is very close to many activities and restaurants. The grounds are well maintained. The heated pool is a short 5 min walk. Unfortunately a short term rental does not include access to the larger community facilities. The one negative issue, and to us it was a big issue but nothing to do directly with Brad and Rochelle is the location of the condo within the complex. It is located on the outside perimeter of the complex facing a very major road which has 3 lanes of traffic in each direction and the noise is very loud from 6AM until around 9PM. Also, there were very loud footsteps from the unit above.

Great choice!

This property is in a highly desired area of north Phoenix and pretty much you have anything you want within 5-30 min drive. The pool is lovely and quiet and walking distance. Brad and Rochelle have pretty much everything you would need to live there. They stay on top of servicing and when something needed attention they were attentive for the most part. I would make sure to stay on top of the pest control services. We noticed a drop in the number of scorpians when they started servicing twice a month vs. once a month and then they were mostly dead when we did see them. Finally, make sure you only have 2 cars. They will fit in the garage however the garage is super hard to get in and out of and narrow and in a corner of the complex. We had 3 cars and the HOA is nuts there. They are not kind and they don't care about what your life situation is. Very rude and unpleasant to talk to and unresponsive. Other than that, it's a darling place to stay and has everything you need and Brad and Rochelle care about the property.

Great Place!

We spent a couple of months in this lovely apartment while my husband was treated at the Mayo Clinic. It’s an easy drive to the clinic without a lot of traffic. It’s very close to the MIM. The apartment is really comfortable. We were there in the hot summer and were grateful for the air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable which is, to me, a real plus. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment for making meals. The appliances work well. The Washer and dryer worked well. This apartment is well cared for and clean. The owners have it sprayed often for insects, etc. They were really quick to address any concerns that we had. The only problem was with the tv service and they took care of it as soon as we contacted them. The landscaping is beautiful. We enjoyed the pool area, which was never crowded. People were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing with us.

Temporary Quarters

We sold our home and needed a place to stay for three months until our new home was ready. This unit fit the bill perfectly. It is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. We found it to be well-appointed and comfortable. It is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood and we would highly recommend it as a place to stay.

Diamond in the rough

My wife was a patient at Mayo Hospital, and we needed to be close for at least a month. This condo was absolutely perfect! The location was within three miles of Mayo, not to mention blocks away from shopping and restaurants, although it was just far enough away that it was quiet and comfortable. The grounds were daily manicured and great for evening or morning walks. Brad was an absolute a wonderful host, and communicated respectfully. We would recommend this well equipped and spacious condo to anyone looking for a very pleasurable stay. Thanks Brad for sharing your place with us.

Charming, comfortable and great location!

My extended stay in Desert Ridge was simply delightful. This two bedroom condo is roomy, comfortable, nicely decorated and well equipped. The location is super providing easy access to Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Cave Creek destinations. I'll be returning to this Phoenix area gem!

Very nice, just like being at home.

We loved the area, location to other venues, shopping, grocery, easy access to highway and Mayo. The owners were very kind, sincere, and available at any time. The village pool and outdoor living areas were well taken care of and everything felt safe and secure. Would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a stay in the area.

Ideal Location and Very Comfortable

The condo is very well maintained and the owners are very responsive. We enjoyed our stay so much that we reserved for next March. The kitchen is well supplied. Even though there are neighbors above and beside, our unit was quiet. It was nice to have a desk and printer.

Rochelle and I reside in Pleasanton, CA. We were introduced to the Tempe - Phoenix - Scottsdale area when our son attended Arizona State University. Our first property in the area was a condo near ASU where our son lived before graduation. We fell in love with the area especially since Scottsdale is the Spring Training home of the San Francisco Giants and many other MLB teams. Golf courses are everywhere and dining and shopping choices are plentiful. This is our home when we are not in California. It has all of the things we enjoy. We are confident you will enjoy the area as well..

If location is important to you, this property will be the one which will fit all of your needs. You will have easy access to all of the major freeways in the area. You are close to all of the major attractions in the area including the airport, dining, shopping, entertainment, Spring Training and other professional sports venues and much. much more. We have given the property an upscale look just as we have done to our home in California. You will love it.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

When we purchased this property, we were looking for a gated community and a 1-level, ground floor condo for it's ease of entry and exit of the complex. In addition, our location is minutes from everything we enjoy about the area - professional baseball and basketball, golf, movies, entertainment, dining and shopping. We could not find a property that has everything that we were looking for in a vacation home.
