Work or relax in this light and airy, freshly totally renovated MIMO style split level house with king bed large master suite Located walking distance to everything you need.Ocean and beaches 10-15 minutes away. Aventura Mall 5-10 minutes away. Everything in this 3/3 art filled home is brand new..top appliances, designer finishes including new and curated designer vintage furniture.
Fenced in private yard professionally landscaped front to back.lots of sleeping options!
The space
Bright, wide open social space with lots of style. can sleep 9 w/beds and sofa beds and sofas
Guest access
You have access to the whole house and yard. One small closet in master is secured for storage.
Other things to note
We are designers and art collectors and the collection is always changing. Art and accessories may be different from what is in the photos but always beautiful.

Great house, close to where we needed to be

The house was well-appointed and very comfortable. We lacked for nothing. Andrew has thought of everything. We were in town for a fitness retreat, and the house was close to where we needed to be. It was a short drive and a half hour walk, and we had no issues walking. We felt safe in the house and were very happy with our stay.

10/10 will be staying here again.

Andrew and Junior are top tier hosts. They continuously kept in contact to make sure our stay was blissful and worry free. Not to mention we forgot one of our belongings after our stay and they shipped it back to us immediately. The home is Beautiful, Clean and very well supplied. My family and I loved our stay. The beds were very comfortable, the home was immaculate, plenty of cookware, seasonings, etc., the outdoor area was very relaxing, and we loved how the backyard was fenced in. We definitely plan on staying here again. Andrew and Junior, thank you again for sharing your home with us! - The Wiese Family.

Great Property!

Stayed here when we came in town for an NFL game for a weekend. The house is beautiful and was perfect for the 6 of us (3 couples). The close surrounding area isn’t great - not bad either - just definitely not walkable to anything you’d want to do while you’re in town. But, as long as you have a car to get around, this is the perfect place to stay. Hosts were awesome. Super responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful as advertised.

Enjoyed Andrew allowing my friends and I to enjoy the comforts of home. Easy and open communication between myself and the owner. Would definitely repeat a stay at this home.

Birthday Weekend

This Arbnb is absolutely beautiful! The house is modern but boasts an eclectic artistic elegance. Everything down to the light fixtures is a work of art. It combines wood, marble, canvas, sculptures, glass, leather textures that blend well together. We look forward to our next stay.

Amazing vacation

wow wow I don’t know how to explain the good experience that we had we came for a weekend to this property before we came the owner made sure we hade all what we need . We just open the door we fill welcome .the house was very clean modern appliances and new modern furniture, on the counter the owner left bowl with snack and fresh fruit 
 he think about everything that we gonna fill good even if you forgot new toothbrush he have a few new for you. each room had everything that you maybe need shampoo ,first aid kit act’ 
 you can relax outside in a beautiful back yard that have everything bbq,outside furniture.. the owner really give us the filling that he really think about every small detail that can make vacation amazing and comfortable if you in the area we really recommend about this property and amazing owner thank you Andrew
