Stunning Waterfront Cottage | Private Dock + Hot Tub

Looking for a vacation home that has it all? Look no further. There’s something magical about Paddler on the Bay. Imagine waking up in the morning stepping out onto your deck to watch the sunrise over the bay and gaze at the crystal clear water right below your feet, hearing the sounds of nature, and smelling the lush green forest. You can’t get anymore waterfront than here at Paddler on the Bay. Walk 10 steps to the dock to launch the supplied kayaks (June-September), or cast a line to watch in anticipation for that bobber to go down. Or watch the fire in the sky in the hot tub as the sun sets over the bay. If water isn’t your jam, play a game of bags in the backyard, enjoy a campfire at the fire pit, or ride your bikes (e-bikes also available for additional fee) less than a mile to explore the town or take a 5 minute car ride into Sister Bay to be in the middle of the action. Endless opportunities await you here at one of the most ideal locations in Door County. Memories WILL be made here.

Please note - there are exterior surveillance cameras located around the property recording 24/7 (front yard, garage, front door, and rear deck). While we want to ensure you have a wonderful experience, we have better things to do than spend our time spying on our guests - the cameras are more for safety and liability reasons.

Fantastic place to stay for a girls trip! The hot tub was so relaxing. The view is breathtaking! (Wake-up for the sunrise). This place is well stocked (best I have ever had) & anything you might forget is available. Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful and there were a lot of little amenities that I was surprised about and super helpful like hygiene products because someone did forget a toothbrush brush and all the coffee and teas and smores station. We honestly over packed lol high recommend

Beautiful, peaceful lake house with little extras like bathroom basket essentials. Roomy and cozy getaway by the water. Loved the hand held shower heads, fans in closets and extra life jackets. Loved having the private sitting dock and kayaks. Wish there was just a little bit of sandy beach area for easier access into the water. Great place for family memories with all the games, firepit and back deck area. Thank you

We had a great stay here! The hot tub was so much fun, and we really enjoyed the kayaks. The water right in the backyard was so clear and beautiful, and we got to see some amazing sunsets and sunrises right from the house.The kitchen had everything we needed, including lots of cookware, utensils, and even different seasonings and spices, which made cooking here really easy. The kids had a blast making s’mores too!The location was great, with grocery stores and restaurants just a short drive away. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it!

This is our second time staying at this property, and it is truly a wonderful place! Absolutely recommend. The house is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and the owners have thought of everything down to the smallest detail. Kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with everything you could want. Very comfortable beds and great air conditioning during the heat wave!. Plenty of room to spread out for six adults who were staying there. The location can’t be beat. The little bay is beautiful, and it is so nice to have a pier to relax on and enjoy the view. We really appreciate having the kayaks and life vests and beach towels to use whenever we wanted. Michael and Kayla were really helpful hosts and great communicators and quickly answered any questions we had.

Everything at Paddler on the Bay was impeccable! From the spaciousness and cleanliness to the well-equipped kitchen and small “in case you forgot” incidentals, it had everything we needed! Everything was exceptional!!! The decor, the kitchen, how well stocked everything was, all the little extras like the incidentals in the baskets in the bathrooms in case you forgot something. Paddler on the Bay is an awesome vacation home in Ellison Bay, right on the water! We enjoyed the location, cozy atmosphere and amenities. The hosts were extremely friendly and reached out a few times to make sure everything was just perfect - it truly was!

Spring break trip

We have had a lot of stays through VRBO, this was by far the best house. It was very clean and well decorated. It had everything we needed and the lake view hot tub was great. Quiet time of year, but still had some restaurants and wineries open. We had a great time and would definitely recommend!

We stayed Paddler on the Bay for 4 nights and it was terrific. The house is very nicely appointed and very well stocked. The managers were very organized and communicated very clearly...and quickly if we had any questions. The house has a great view of the bay. It's a 5 star house!
