Your dream vacation house awaits! Luxurious four bedroom, three bath retreat with a picturesque private sanctuary – a screened lanai with large heated pool and spa overlooking lush tropical landscaping in the fenced backyard.
Ideally located circa one mile to Siesta Key public beach access #12, close to a kayak launch, fishing piers, nature trails and a plethora of restaurants and shops less than 2 miles away in Gulf Gate Village and Siesta Key’s South Village.
The beautiful single-family home is situated on almost 1/3 of an acre. There is a primary suite with a king bed, large soaking tub and walk-in shower; a guest suite with a king bed and large soaking tub with a retractable shower head; a queen bedroom and bunk bedroom with pull out trundle that share a bathroom. There is an eat-in kitchen, a separate dining room, living room, and an oversized covered lanai with multiple outdoor seating areas with a fan, gas grill and large screen TV. The pool and spa are enclosed with a large pool cage, surrounding you in a tropical paradise of gorgeous palm trees, flowering bushes and plants.
There is an unattached building on the property with a desk, full-sized bed and futon, for anyone who wants to get away. Access to this building is by-request.
The home has some accessible-friendly features such as no steps inside the house, and only a small step to enter the house from all doors. We have a walker, bath chair, and slip proof mat that you can also use.

I was born and raised in Ohio and chose to buy a beautiful beach home in Sarasota as an adult because of my fond memories coming to the area as a child. Many of our renters often come from the Midwest!

The neighborhood is a hidden gem in Sarasota. Few places are considered walkable from the mainland and Pine Shores is one of the few! Enjoy the peace and quiet of Pine Shores and walk/bike/drive across the bridge to the lively Siesta Key.

The property is about 1/3 of an acre, fully fenced backyard with a very large, heated pool and spa. We even have a “sea shack” that is popular with older kids as their private hangout.
