Nestled in the charming town of Two Rivers, this 4-bedroom vacation home offers a peaceful retreat just steps from Lake Michigan. Originally a fishing shed, it’s been beautifully transformed with exposed ceilings, original beams, and abundant natural light. The open-concept space features brand new high-end appliances, furnishings, and four spacious bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths. The lower level has a queen bed and ensuite, while upstairs has 3 queen bedrooms—one with a trundle bed. The large upper lounge area offers modular furniture and a game table.

The fully stocked kitchen includes top-of-the-line amenities, and the home offers two Smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, an indoor fireplace, and a washer/dryer.

Relax with your favorite beverage on our cozy rocking chairs, taking in the peaceful river setting—perfect for fishing, boating, birdwatching, and enjoying stunning views and sunsets. Equipped with a gas grill and fireplace.

Conveniently located. Only 2-3 blocks away from dining, shopping, beach, parks, museums, and trails.

The riverfront access includes 3 piers for boats, jet-skis, or kayaks, plus 2 kayaks, 4 cruiser bikes, and 2 smaller bikes. The nearby drawbridge accommodates large boats and Lake Michigan sailing. Rentals and fishing charters are also close by.

Only 40 minutes from Lambeau Field and near top golf courses, this home is ideal for family gatherings or a getaway with friends. The dining room seats 11, with additional seating at the island. Two separate living areas offer plenty of space to relax, socialize, or enjoy the indoor fireplace.

Two Rivers is a year-round destination with trails for hiking, biking, and cross-country skiing, plus tubing, sledding, ice fishing, and a nearby rink. Plenty of parking is available, with street parking nearby.

Family stay

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was clean, just as described, had everything we needed (including bikes and kayaks), and in a great location. The owner was extremely responsive. We have family in the area and will definitely be staying again!

The barn was a uniquely thought out cozy and spacious environment for me and my family. I celebrated my graduation with all my family and friends while also exploring an area I had never been to. The host checked in throughout the stay to ensure we were settling in well and was very understanding when my husband broke a fishing pole. I would absolutely come back and recommend the barn to anyone who asked.

Great place

Perfect area! Cute home! We had a blast charter fishing for salmon. Just wish the house had a wood fire pit instead of propane. So many activities to do right in the house. Bikes and kayaks got plenty of use!

Fun Girls Getaway

We loved this property, very clean and beautifully decorated. We especially enjoyed the waterfront view and cozy gathering room upstairs. The hosts really made our stay personalized with a sign, handwritten card, and signature cocktail supplies. Highly recommend this vacation home, thank you!

Very historic property that was remodeled, we especially loved the kitchen! The overall home was excellent. The grandchildren loved fishing off the dock, riding the bikes around the area, swimming in Lake Michigan. We enjoyed the patios that were beside the river. We cruised with our pontoon up the river and along Lake Michigan. The sunsets were phenomenal and we had great weather. The fishermen to our left asked to see the place and we highly recommended it to them.

Daily reunion

Visited the area for a family reunion. Property was very well maintained, very clean and comfortable, and the perfect location. Lots of nice amenities like bikes, kayaks, games. Well stocked functional kitchen. Nicely updated and modern appliances. Would highly recommend this property and would plan to stay here in the future if I’m back in two rivers. Great communication by owners!

Fabulous Family Vacation!!!

The Red Barn is a Historic Icon in the Two Rivers Community that has been beautifully restored and modernized making is a perfect vacation spot for our family. Many memories were created here; from the grandchildren learning to fish from the dock, catching enormous salmon from the lake to middle daughter getting engaged on this trip!!!

The Red Barn on the River is my dream home

We spent hours on rocking chairs with a cool breeze coming off the river (and keeping the mosquitoes away ). When we got cold we started the fire to keep us warm or headed inside this beautifully restored building with exposed wood beams, perfectly-sized rooms, high ceilings and all-modern, high quality appliances. The adult kids got antsy staring out at the beautiful green lawn and old churches on the other side of the river so they headed out in the provided kayaks. Then took bike rides to the beach just 4 blocks away. There was a great second floor living area perfect for guests to recharge their social battery after days of socializing with family. Large amount of storage space helpful for people bringing an excess of groceries. Even in the bathrooms which is needed for the 3 adult kids each with their own toiletry needs. Nice bar cart to prep and serve cocktails. Attentive hosts who ask what we needed and supplied s'more fixings. I could keep going forever so I'll just leave with this: This was the best house rental we've ever had in the US and the rest of the family that rented other houses or stayed in hotels were super jealous.

During the design phase it was important to us to create a space where people could just come in and enjoy themselves comfortably and not have to worry about anything. We tried to think of what we would want in a place; keeping in mind people will be sharing spaces often more than they do at home. Red Barn was perfect! Kitchen was well stocked and house was extremely comfortable! Kids especially enjoyed watching the Susie Q boats cut through the ice each morning!

We are a family run business. The property managers live in Oak Creek, WI. Holli's parents live in Racine County, WI and our aunt and uncle live in California. We love going to the beach, fishing and spending time with our families.

Two Rivers is a charming town. My Mom and uncle were born and raised here. I was also born here. We love this family friendly city and the convenience of the beach, water, restaurants and shopping.

Our home was once a fishing shed back in the early 1900's. It has been transformed into a breathtaking home while keeping the history alive. This peaceful getaway allows you to sit back and relax while watching the birds, fishing boats and amazing sunsets. We are in a prime location, on the river with access to Lake Michigan.
