Three clean and fully stocked bathrooms, one on each level of the home. All bathrooms have bright lighting, large mirrors, and shower/bathtub combination. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and toaster. Visit the coffee station with a large drip coffee maker as well as a French press.

There are two dining areas that are perfect for enjoying a meal. The indoor dining room and table offer seating for up to 10 guests! The outdoor dining table can seat at least 8.

The house has a spacious fenced-in backyard for your use with a patio, 8 person outdoor dining table, Adirondack chairs, fire pit, a brand new grill. Play cornhole/bags (provided) , enjoy a fire, light up the BBQ, and enjoy the famous CO weather!

The game room is perfect for adults and kids alike! Pac-Man arcade with 10 games, foosball table, electronic darts, karaoke machine, board games, and puzzles. Also, a deluxe play kitchen with tons of food and accessories to keep the kids entertained.
