Perfect for ski in/ski out

Paul’s place was fantastic and so convenient for me and my two girls to stay. I highly recommend Paul’s place and appreciate how communicative he was before and during our stay.

Wonderful ski vacation

We had a great time at Paul's condo over holiday week. We loved the location - ski in/ski out with lockers on the first floor. The pool/hot tub was easy to access without going outside. Bonus - Sunday River ski resort had fireworks that you easily view from the deck.

Cozy and Convenient

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at the slopeside condo. Super convenient location for ski school and very easy getting ready in the morning at the ski lockers. The kids loved going for a swim at the end of the day with all the other children. The condo was clean and our hosts were very helpful and welcoming. We'd love to come back!

Wonderful!

We had a great weekend at Sunday River! Paul's Fall Line condo is the perfect location- our kids were in ski school and the beginner slope is literally right there. No car needed. The property is immaculate and equipped with everything we needed. Paul was easily the best owner I've delt with- reaching out to be sure we were settled, etc and he so gave lots of great local recommendations. It was great to have the pool on site and the tubing hill right there too. We didn't try the restaurant also in the building but next time. Highly recommended!

Great unit in an amazing location!

My husband and I brought our three young children for a 4 night stay, and we had the best time. The host communicated check-in instructions clearly & even sent tips for our first time on the mountain. This unit is in such a convenient location - ski right out the back of the building and you’re at South Ridge Lodge in a matter of minutes. Tired kids came home from ski school & went straight to the building’s indoor pool. The bunk room had a great little set-up where the kids could watch movies upstairs. Making meals here was easy - the kitchen was stocked with everything we could need. The cherry on top of a great experience was viewing fireworks from the unit’s balcony. We will definitely return!

great slope side accommodations

thoroughly enjoyed my stay with my daughters over february break. condo provides all the convenience of slopeside access with a restaurant in the building. paul was great and provided all the guidance and insight to take advantage both of the property and the mountain.

We loved staying here. The pool was great, the property perfect. Nice sheets and beds and an amazing view of fireworks A plus ! Perfect !

Great ski condo

Our family of 5 stayed here over the Holiday vacation week. The condo was super clean and in the perfect location. The owner could not have been more helpful with all of the little details, right down to when to purchase the least expensive lift tickets! We would highly recommend this rental and hope to stay here again ourselves some time in the future.

Fall Line Slopeside Condo

We recently stayed in W204. The condo was clean and had a very homey feel. There were plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc. The sleeping arrangements were perfect. There are 2 bunk beds in a small room on the 2nd floor along with a king size bed in the bedroom. We had two adults, three teenagers and were very comfortable.The location is great ski in ski out, a minute to South Ridge Lifts. It is also in the night skiing area. Paul the owner is terrific to make arrangements with. Can't wait to go back!!

Great Condo/Great Mountain

We are a family of five - two adults, and three sons (ages 12, 9, and 5), and recently returned from a long weekend at this rental. I wasn't sure initially if there would be enough room for us based on the pictures, but the open layout living area, and having the bedrooms upstairs, worked out really well. We spent most of our time in the condo in the living room, but easily moved between the upstairs bedrooms, kitchen and living room without feeling at all cramped. The ski lockers helped to keep our gear out of the way, and the ski in/ski out location made this a no brainer. The best perks - the comfortable couch and beds, and awesome views of the fireworks on Saturday night - right off of the deck! When we weren't relaxing in the condo or skiing, we were hanging out at the pool and common room - both are on site, and both were very welcome after a long day on the mountain! Paul was helpful - providing us with restaurant recommendations and weather reports in advance of our stay, and the condo was well-maintained. Definitely looking forward to another visit in the future!

Lovely vacations at Sunday River

This year we came to Sunday River for the kids March Break, and what an excellent decision. We are really pleased with our ski vacations. We enjoyed our stay in this nice condo, and the hill will get anyone flabbergasted. The owner is very friendly, honest, and easy to get in touch with. Everything went very smoothly from the beginning till the end. The condo is very nicely equipped, well maintained, agreeably decorated, and clean. It was roomy enough for my wife and I, and three teens. It was simply flawless. The mountain is also fabulous. We have been to many hills, in both Canada and the US, and Sunday River is one of the nicest ski resorts we have been to with its 133 trails. It is now on our ‘favourite place’ list. We recommend both the condo, and the mountain, without any hesitations. What a wonderful stay! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Great Sunday River Ski Vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our Sunday River stay in this condo. Great ski in/out location, convenient ski lockers, and my son loved the indoor pool - perfect after a day of skiing. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Paul did a great job of orienting us to everything in the condo and on the resort and was extremely responsive to our questions. A wonderful family vacation - we will definitely be back! And thanks for all that new snow we got during our stay!

All the comforts of home

I would highly recommend this condo. We had everything we could possibly need. The condo was clean and effiecently laid out to provide optimal space. We had 2 members of your party that did not ski and it was very close so they could visit us near the lifts. Would recommend for a small family or a weekend get away

Great slopeside Condo

We just finished a great week of skiing at Sunday River. The condo was perfect for our family of 5, great ski-in ski-out location right off the trails. The condo was very clean, well organized and had everything we needed. The kids really appreciated the pool. The perfect end to our stay was after the short walk back from tubing on the mountain, we had a great view of the fireworks sitting on the balcony. The owner couldn't have been nicer or more helpful in sending us info. We would definitely recommend this property to a friend, and would go back there again.

Great Weekend Getaway!

We had a great stay over Winterfest Weekend! First time skiing before the Holidays, and Sunday River really has a lot of open trails to choose from. Everything in the condo was as described on the site. This condo is conveniently located right off the trails leading to South Ridge Lodge. We walked to the fireworks on Sat night, just a short walk to south ridge area. The condo had everything we needed and the kids had a ball in the pool. Great place. Can't wait to go back.

Great spot on the mountain. Property is centrally located and west wing condo faces south, giving it a sunny exposure and views up the mountain.

Sleeping arrangements are great for privacy with a family and we like not having to clean dishes (dishwasher in unit)!
