Located just a mile from ATV and snowmobile trails, this home is the perfect base for your outdoor adventures. Find fantastic attractions nearby, including Pirates Hideaway, Riverview Park, Northwoods Children's Museum, Wildwood Outdoor Adventures, Three Lakes Winery, and Camp 10 Ski Area.

This majestic retreat is ideal for large families and groups looking for a well-equipped place to call home. Upon entering, you will discover a boundless open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the entire place with natural light and let you admire gorgeous tree-lined views. Spread out comfortably in the welcoming living area, furnished with comfortable sofas in front of a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace and a large smart TV with streaming services. Equipped with modern appliances, the full kitchen has your back when mealtime comes. Prepare culinary masterpieces that you can later enjoy at the nearby dining table. The large second-floor deck offers a great place to host summertime cookouts with your very own gas grill and lake views. From here you can easily access the firepit area and private dock, where you can launch the provided canoe. The lower-level rec room offers a fantastic and inviting place to host movie nights with the family. It's equipped with a set of comfortable sofas in front of a large smart TV, a PS4 with downloaded games, bar seating, and a dart board. Sleeping arrangements include three bedrooms on the lower level and two bedrooms on the main floor. The primary suite on the main level features an en suite bathroom.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is an active ring doorbell camera, as well as a camera above the garage, and two on the back rear corners of the home facing into the yard.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
