This incredible executive Eagle Lake vacation home (built in 2020) provides luxury comforts while you experience everything the Northwoods has to offer. For year-round fun, this home is located just steps away from Eagle Lake. The setting, panoramic lake views and sunsets are stunning. Eagle Lake is one of the most beautiful lakes on the 28 lake Eagle River Chain, the world’s largest chain of lakes. And the amenities that we provide are second to none.

Sunset Lodge is surrounded by natural beauty. Over 2,000 glacially created lakes, 72 crystal clear rivers and streams, millions of acres of pristine public forests, a community of unique villages and townships. Over 500 miles of snowmobile trails, outstanding downhill and cross country skiing, year round trails in the heart of our forests, from hiking, jogging, and biking, to winter sports. Incredible wildlife includes bald eagles (the highest concentration in the state), deer, loons, otter, fox, geese and more.

Upon entry to Sunset Lodge, you are greeted with a stunning open concept floor plan filled with natural light from the large lakeside windows and 20 foot high ceilings. The 1,500 square great room offers plenty of seating for everyone. There is an Amish custom dining table that seats 16 plus additional seating at the island with bar stools. The gourmet kitchen has hickory cabinets, all stainless-steel appliances and is equipped with everything that you will need during your stay. Enjoy the beautiful fireplace while playing a game of pool. There are 6 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The entire home is furnished with beautiful North woods décor and can comfortably sleeps 20 (best for 14 adults and 6 children).

Relax in knowing that no matter what age, everyone will enjoy their time here. Outside is a large patio with a dining table, lounge chairs and two large gas grills, with propane included. The large yard is level. Swimming is ideal for all ages. With a hard sand bottom, shallow at the shore for the little ones, and practically no stairs leading to the lake. There is a wonderful dock and fire pit with complementary firewood. Enjoy the hammock, lounge chairs, stand up boards, kayaks, huge play yard and play gym, outdoor tournament ping pong, horseshoes and so much more.

Angling for all species is outstanding. The Eagle River Chain hosts several musky tournaments including the World Musky Championship. Eagle Lake is a favorite for musky, walleye, small mouth bass, crappie and a variety of panfish. We can arrange for you to fish with the area’s top guides.

Whether fishing, boating, waterskiing, swimming, or snowmobiling you’ll love every minute on the World Famous Eagle River Chain of Lakes. Boat to the area’s finest restaurants and bars or tour the Chain of Lakes. Take a tour on the Pirate Ship. You can even boat to the nearby Lake Forest Golf Course. We have direct and easy access to snowmobile and ATV trails.

Sunset Lodge is located just minutes from Eagle River, major wedding/event venues, the Fall Cranberry Festival, the Labatt Blue/USA Hockey Pond Hockey National Championships and the World Championship Snowmobile Derby. The nearby downhill skiing is excellent, very affordable and family friendly. It’s a great place for your kids to learn to ski.
