THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
We are centrally located in the Weeki Wachee Gardens area, immediately right in front of the Kayak Shack and Upper Deck Restaurant. We are also under 3 minutes walk to the beach at Rogers Park (no more worries about there being no parking over there!). We have 8 chairs, a cooler and beach towels you can take with you.

THE HANGING OUT AREAS:
- Large family room with a 65" smart ROKU TV, with seating for 14+ adults on couches and additional seating on sofa table console.
- Screened-in patio with seats for the entire family, also equipped with a smart ROKU TV. From here you can enjoy the serenity of nature without the threat of insects and bugs.
- Outside area features a garden and a large area with a hanging egg chair, 8 adirondack chairs, and a firepit, plus additional seating at stone bench.
- Playroom indoor has a full size tournament sized Ping Pong table.

5. bedroom 5: detached unit with a king bedroom, its own bathroom, and a kitchenette. This bedroom is in a detached unit that is part of the detached garage. No worries, it's right next to the main house. The living/hanging area has a trundle that doubles as a daybed. (two twin mattress).
