We were there for a family wedding, joined by one of our adult sons and his wife. The location was perfect; conveniently located. Comfortable, clean, and all communication with the property manager was prompt, accurate, and thoughtful!

For Fishermen

Very quiet excellent for fishermen. Close to the ramps. Would recommend it to anyone wanting to fish the 1000 Islands. Nice accommodations.

Clean and convenient

We had to book a last minute trip to the 1000 islands for a memorial service. We were able to book this cottage at a very reasonable price. The cottage was clean, quiet and extremely convenient to Clayton. I would highly recommend it.

Property was old , floors weren't level not what i expected for price ,shared grills and firepits should have been advertised as shared , very small cottage. Beds were comfortable.Rude intoxicated guest prevented us from using firepit for grande kids to make smores , claimed it was theirs to use only. Host was notified and responded to clarify usage but still had to deal with rude guest, will not stay there again.

Cottage 10

The floor in livingroom area needs repair there is a soft dip in it by the window. No curtains on door or livingspace window. The nightstand in front bedroom was thick with dust. I also found chex cearal on the floor in that room and it definitly wasnt from us. I feel i wasnt really worth what i paid.

We love this spot because it has the peacefulness of living out in the country, but you're within walking distance from town. It also has spectacular views of the St. Lawrence River and plenty of wide open space for lounging

What makes our property unique is the views of the river and the amount of parking we have for people with fishing boats. We are also located minutes from the marina, food, golf and many other activities.
