This cabin was fully renovated in July 2023. A true Smoky Mountain greeting as you walk through the front door with nothing but the mountains looking back at you. Fully stocked kitchen with attention to every meal preparation. Deck seating overlooking the Smoky Mountains with no other cabins to discourage your view. Sip your coffee in the morning with nothing but the sounds of the mountains to bring in the day. Kids of all ages can enjoy the pool table and old-school multicade with classics like Pac-Man and Galaga, or recline in the stadium theater seats watching their favorite movie. Truly a vacation for everyone! Plenty of parking and an easy drive to the pigeon forge strip..

Deck areas
Sit on the deck and take in the Smoky Mountain air. Kick back in the hot tub and relax from a day of hiking, shopping, rafting, or whatever! At night, you can enjoy the stars and a peaceful silence on this private lot located at the end of a cul-de-sac street.

Living Room
Relax in the cozy living room — featuring a floor-to-ceiling stone hearth, electric fireplace, a couch, loveseat, comfy armchair, and a big screen TV! Catch up with one another or make plans for the day. And in the evenings, flip on the TV for a bit of entertainment or gather around the fireplace for bedtime stories. Additional sleeping space is available with the pullout sofa.

Kitchen
Step into the fully equipped kitchen for meal prep, snack attacks, and cookie time. Fully equipped with a stainless-steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, plus cutlery, cookware, mugs, dinnerware, and more. There’s plenty of counter space to make fixing and serving meals simple. Create a breakfast buffet, set out a lunch spread, and serve dinner for 12 with ease.

Dining Area
Along with eating scrumptious meals, bring board and card games from home and host a friendly tournament in the expansive dining area. Plenty of dining space at the large dining room table, where everyone gets a view of the mountains, bar seating, and optional outdoor seating.

Arcade Room
Shoot pool with your friends or bring back some old-school favorites with a 60-game multicade featuring memorable favorites like Pac-Man, Galaga, and Donkey Kong.

Bedrooms
There are plenty of cozy options spread across 4 bedrooms — each with a TV for that pre-snooze wind-down. Choose from 4 King Beds with an ensuite or conveniently located bathroom. Everyone will be able to prepare for morning hikes and evening dinner shows without hassle. Entry level king bedroom w/ full bath. Lower level, 2 king bedrooms with full bath. Basement-level King Bedroom with a conveniently located 1/2 bath.

Location: Rural Development with enough space and trees between cabins to give you a sense of privacy and seclusion. Roads are all paved and wide, but remember you are still in the mountains! Approx. 4.8 miles to the Tanger outlets on the Pigeon Forge strip. 14 miles to downtown Gatlinburg; 12 miles to the Smoky Mountain National Park Metcalf entrance, 6.5 miles to the Ripken Baseball complex.

We have family local to area and they were able to visit. The hot tub was nice and cozy on a very cold weekend. We enjoyed the fireplace and had a terrific game night. The kids enjoyed the video games and the adults the pool table. Kitchen is well appointed. Beds are comfortable and having a bathroom for each bedroom was a real plus!

The cabin was nice and comfy. We did have a couple issues, and those that could be addressed, were addressed quickly. However some of the other things were just more of a nuisance. We needed batteries for some of the TV remotes and the upstairs AC wasnt cooling properly, these issues were quickly handled by the maintenence staff. However when we arrived at check in time, 4pm, we had to wait over an hour for the cleaners to finish cleaning the bottom 2 floors. The lighting in the cabin isn't ideal as it's poorly placed and obscured when standing in the kitchen trying to cook.or use the counters. Also, the light over the dining table is extremely bright. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Family vacation in mountain cabin

Furniture and decor were very mountain oriented. Very clean. Loved the theatre room, arcade games , pool table, hot tub and stuffed black bear in the living room. Very clean and everything you need.

Four King Bedrooms Three levels gave everyone space to use all the amenities including a recreation room with pool table and videos games along with a theatre room with wonderful seating acoustics and big screen tv that made you feel like you were in a real theater! The hot tub was a big hit for some of our group and the huge dining table was great for everyone to gather around and eat and chat about the day’s adventures! The rental was well managed and maintained can’t wait to go back againTHANK YOU BEAR TRACTS FOR MAKING OUR VACATION EXPERIENCE WONDERFUL!

Great location, not far from everything but yet far enough to feel secluded and peaceful. There are 2 minor complaints about the cabin, the first being the grill and hot tub are located on the lowest level deck. This makes it hard for someone with a physical disability to enjoy because they have to climb 3 flights of stairs. And the kitchen and everything is on the main floor, so it would make more since to me that the grill be on that level, along with the hot tub in my opinion. So other than those 2 things, everything was fantastic, and would definitely stay again and recommend.

Unsafe Conditions, Poor AC, and Unresponsive Management – Disappointed StayDon't stay anywhere associated with Bear Tract Rentals Check their yelp reviews.Issues started July 14 when I reported the upstairs was over 80F.July 15, a tech was sent. He said parts were needed for AC repair and no immediate fix was provided.July 16, a portable AC unit was placed in a bedroom—not the main living area. I voiced concerns no reply.July 17, my special needs daughter slipped on water from the portable unit, which was installed without connecting the drainage hose. I began calling at 7:37 AM and asked for escalation. Despite multiple assurances, no one called until noon, and even then it was only to say a manager would call later. That never happened.July 18, the manager finally called but seemed unaware or unconcerned about the safety hazard. She promised follow-up, but we were also locked out of the cabin that evening using the same entry code we were given at check-in.This property is aesthetically nice, but our experience was frustrating, unsafe, and mismanaged. A 200 refund doesn’t begin to compensate for the heat, hazard, and lack of response we dealt with.The owner has the audacity to say we unplugged the unit and created unsafe conditions. And that we were entering the correct door code. After staying in the unit 5 days with no problems with the door we started getting it wrong. They are pathetic

Nice place and great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice place; beautiful cabin; great location and easy access to most everything. Our only downsides were that the jets on one of the jacuzzi tubs was not working (management tried to fix, but it looks like it was going to take more extensive repairs). We also had a really hard rain one day and two of the windows started to leak on the first floor. Nothing major, but I could see that causing damage for the property owners over time if someone was not there to sop up the water. Also, it would be great to have shades in the theater room (hard to watch in the daytime, but great at night). Bear Tracts management and maintenance were great to work with, explorie customer service was easy to call and sent free tickets to events in minutes. Overall we had a great time, and hope to do it again in the future.

Reviewer Comments: There were no hangers to hang clothes in closets, it would help to inform guests.I would suggest the owner invest in luggage racks for the bedrooms, there is no place to put your suitcase. The bed is the logical place to put it to unpack and pack, this doesn’t do any good for the wear and tear or cleanest of the bedspread. The chandeliers in the family room are very bright and would be much nicer with a dimmer switch. Overall the facility was very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed and appreciate our stay with you. Thank you very much

February 2024 Stay

Very disappointed. My birthday getaway ruined by this experience. Upon arriving at the u it, we walked in and was utterly amazed that the unit hadn’t been cleaned. I have photos showing a dirty kitchen table, dirty hot tub, excessive bugs in the downstairs window seal. Mold in the toilets and showers. After multiple calls and emails housekeepers arrived around 5:30 and advised they were there to do a spot cleaning and not clean the unit to make it livable. They acknowledged that the day before our arrival they did not clean the unit…instead they just checked the jacuzzi. I spoke with one manager who attempted to make it appear to be our fault that the unit wasn’t cleaned. I advised her me and my family would not be staying in the unit because it was not cleaned and at 6 o’clock I had spent my entire day trying to get the situation resolved. I am extra disappointed no one from management have followed up with me and I keep getting generic emails from customer service. I am filing formal complaint.

Easy to find and only 15 minutes from the Sevierville (Walmart, outlet mall, fudruckers, etc) Theater room was nice but no sound system and my son nor I could figure out how to cast to the TV's.

The house instructions regarding the hot tub weren't correct but the maintenance contact was very responsive and helped us get it working without issue. The game room in the basement was a favorite for the younger kids. I would come back!

The location was great in that it was far enough from town to feel secluded but only a 10 min drive to reach the main parkway of Pigeon Forge. The only negative was that the internet went down every night around 8-9pm. That meant TVs were down and the movie room was pretty useless. I know its not any fault of the owners or rental company but something to be aware of. Otherwise, great stay and very relaxing.
