The house is clean and suitable for two adults. The kitchen is very small but usable. Be sure to bring any spices you might need. The neighborhood is a little noisy at night between dogs and loud music. For the price, I felt it was ok. Very kind hosts.

Clean Cozy Comfy Affordable

I stayed at the casita for 3 weeks while in town for work and was very grateful as well being just 5min from work. I felt safe in the neighborhood. When I come back for work I’d love to book with Martin and Carmen again. Thank you for a peaceful stay.

There is plenty of room in the main areas of the Casita. The kitchen is quite small and awkward to maneuver in with more than two people. There are audible barking dogs and trains on occasion

Accomidations were just what we needed. Place was clean and safe. Neighborhood was very quiet. Excellent for the price. I would suggest rearrainging the living room for two reasons. The minisplit blows.right on the love seat. And the TV is hard to see early in the day due to the.sunshine.
