Your family and friends will love you for booking this property. It has something for everyone. This home is beautifully situated in the City of La Quinta. The patio connects to a large grass-landscaped park-like setting with a short walk to an inviting pool. One of the cool attributes of this upgraded and beautifully appointed home is that each room, including the patio and the playroom, has a TV. Comfortable and entertaining, this place has what you are looking for to enjoy your time in the desert.



Each of the three bedrooms has a connected bathroom and a TV, and one room has an outside private entrance. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, and the other two bedrooms both have Queen Beds.

The living room has a top-end video and surround-sound system, including a DVR to record your favorite shows. Wi-Fi, of course!

The kitchen has all the necessary appliances for great meals and entertainment.



The adults and kids will have a great time in the game room, playing ping pong and simultaneously watching their favorite team or show. You can also relax on the patio and let the world's problems slip away while sipping your favorite drink.



The city of La Quinta is a great place located with so many venues and events to choose from:

If you are a golfer, then this will be Mecca! Over 120 golf courses are in and around the surrounding area.

Enjoy world-class events like the Humana Challenge (previously the Bob Hope Classic), played close by at PGA West and held at the end of January. See some top golfers and well-known celebrities. Or, if you enjoy tennis, minutes away is the home of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic at Indian Wells Top Rated Tennis Stadium, held from March 4th - 17th, with over 300 of the top-rated tennis players in the world. In April comes the Music Festivals. There are two weekends in a row of Coachella Fest, and the last weekend of April is Stagecoach. Your home is also located close to the famous Polo Grounds, where you can enjoy top-ranked polo matches for free and have a tailgate picnic with your friends at the same time. Stomping the divots, as you have seen in the movies, is great fun!



La Quinta has many Zagat-rated restaurants and bars, live music, and art festivals. You are never far away from the many other choices offered along El Paseo (the Rodeo Drive of Palm Desert) for shopping, restaurants, and works of art.

Try one of many sightseeing desert excursions or enjoy a stroll or more strenuous hike/ bike in some of the most scenic mountain areas in the world. Joshua Tree National Park is just north of the valley. For a day or evening excursion, take the famous Palm Springs Tram that takes you over 8000 ft. above the desert valley and walks through the beautiful pine forest. Have lunch or dinner at the top, or enjoy a picnic.

Coachella Valley Casa

Perfect getaway in a quiet gated community in La Qunita. Close to everything we wanted: golf, stores, restaurants, Joshua Tree (handy southern entrance to the park), and the Salton Sea for bird watching. Accommodations were great. Plenty of room for everyone and a really nice patio to enjoy the day and do some bbq'ing. The garage "game room" was a bonus. I had asked beforehand if there was an air fryer and when we got there there was a brand new one. Nice. iTrip was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The only thing the unit could use is some updating on the existing spices in the kitchen. Most were really old. We had a great time and highly recommend!

Great place. Had every thing we needed. Close to all. Was quiet and people friendly. There is a separate suite that was excellent for visiting family. Pool out your door if you wanted. Comfortable!!

We had plenty of room with three bedrooms and bathrooms. Updates and games in the garage were a real bonus. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels and linens too. The neighborhood is residential with families and locals. The grounds and facilities were not as nice as other neighborhoods we stayed, but the location was convenient, so it was a trade off.

Quiet and Convenient location

The condo was spotless, comfortable beds, nice linens, lots of towels, kitchen had everything you need to cook and entertain, comfortable patio furniture and BBQ, we enjoyed the ping pong table, dart board, bar table and stools in the garage. The two small concerns we had were immediately taken care of by Rozet.

Horizon Palms Condo Review

I stayed at this condo in March and found it very comfortable, clean and well stocked with linens and supplies. it is located close to eating, shopping, and hiking so we could go out on our daily excusions. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms gave us lots of room to spread out when family members stayed with me for several days. The weather wasn't sunny but there were a couple of days we could sit in the sun in back of the condo but it was too cold for swimming. The staff was very helpful and responded quickly when needed. The washing machine broke while I was there, and they readily replaced it with a new one. I received in advance clear, concise instructions on checking in, checking out and other actions I needed to do. I really appreciated how kind and helpful they were.

Our family of 4 stayed here for a short time early Jan. and found everything to be just fine and lovely. The neighborhood was extremely quite and all instructions well provided to enter the property. We only prepared breakfasts, but the kitchen was very well stocked with all things needed to prepare more, and the Walmart so close by was so easy to get to and pick up essentials. It was especially nice to have the 3 bathrooms for the 3 bedrooms - no waiting for anyone to finish the shower! We simply wanted to relax and explore the nearby desert parks. Definately a recommend.

Perfect stay, exactly what we needed!

The home is beautifully furnished and has tons of space to sleep many friends, so our entire group was able to fit without compromising price. There is access to a big backyard and multiple pools, and plenty of space for parking. The owner accommodated our every need, and there was plenty of essentials stocked in the house (toiletries, paper products, dish ware, linens, etc). Would definitely return, we had so much fun!

Great Place!!

Found this little gem for our Desert Trip getaway and we couldn't have been happier! First class service and very nice folks .....loved the little snacks they left for us...really nice touch! The home was very tidy and nicely appointed. Great floor plan for multiple guests and we felt like they really went out of their way to make sure we were all squared away and were even very accommodating when we wanted to arrive early. Will definitely look for this place again on or next trip to Indio!!

Spent a week with friends at this charming house recently. The place was very comfortable and cozy and supplied with everything we could want. It was so nice to come home to this beautiful house after a long day of hiking. But the best was that when I accidentally left my jacket and iPad when i moved out, I notified Cindi in a panic and she sent them to me right away. I received them 3 days after I got home. That was such excellent service - above and beyond what I would expect. I'd highly recommend this house and this management company.

Thanksgiving

The house was everything we needed for our Holiday family visit. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs, plenty of towels and extra blankets. The living room / dinning and patio were great for entertaining, and the ping pong and darts in the garage provided lots fun. We really liked the way the pool was set up fairly private for the people in the circle of homes. Thanks to Cindi for her quick response to our inability to figure out the gate card and opener. looking forward to staying here again.

My girlfriends and I came to the desert for a wedding. We were pleasantly surprised to find it better than previous condos that we have stayed at in the past. The furniture was not only modern but comfortable as well. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.
