Located at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon minutes away from 4 major ski resorts (ALTA, SNOWBIRD, SOLITUDE AND BRIGHTON) and only a 30 minute drive to Park City and Deer Valley resorts. 15-20 minutes from the SLC International Airport.

Located perfectly in a central location, 20 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, 15-20 minutes to Alta, Snowbird, Brighton and Solitude or just a short 30 minute drive to Park City and Deer Valley. We just finished an entire gut renovation that we are so proud to have you all experience. Any season of the year is a great time to stay!

Amazing location. Accessible to Big Cottonwood Canyon, Little Cottonwood Canyon, Deer Valley, and Park City in no time. The house was enormous and could easily fit eight people comfortably. The owner was incredibly receptive and easy to communicate with. We had a couple of issues and needed to contact her for some repairs and missing kitchen items, and she got things done immediately. We’ll definitely be returning again!

We had a wonderful time staying here for our son's wedding. This is a large condo with plenty of space. Comfy beds and very nice bathrooms. We will be coming back!!

The condo was beautiful and very clean. Everything you needed was in the condo (shampoo, conditioner, dishes, glasses, towels, etc). We were very happy with our stay. The 4 bedrooms are on 4 different floors which provides privacy for each person.

Lovely setting and beautiful home

Clean, calm setting and home. Hot tub was great, decor relaxing, well appointed kitchen. Pantry stocked with basics. Laundry, laundry detergent, dryer sheets available for us which was wonderful. Trees, deck, grass, birds singing...peaceful. Responsive property manager, thank you! We wished there were some fans, especially for the upper level bedrooms. Other neighbors did not respect the hot tub hours and our sleep was interrupted because of the late night conversations.

For future reference, we do have extra fans available for each bedroom, we would be happy to have them pulled out of the closets for your use. Also, it is very rare that we have any complaints about noise from neighbors (this is our first), as we have a very quiet community and people are always very respectful in that regard. Please let us know if there are ever any issues with noise and we will take immediate action, regardless of the time of day/night. Once again, thank you so much for staying with us, we look forward to your return soon!
