With a washer and dryer, full size appliances, and eco-friendly tankless water heater, you`ll have all the comforts of home. Plus, the fun paint colors spark a perfect playful vibe for your stay.

A short walk to Victorian Square, the Nugget Event Center, and right off I-80, you will be centrally located and only a short drive to all Reno area attractions.

An architectural beam is a natural divider in the sleeping space from the living area.

The spacious King bed is framed by two nightstands with their own lamps. There is a small closet, and a mini-split AC and heater that keeps the temperature just how you like it.

The living area features a futon that converts into a Full bed, a dining table, chairs, and a smart TV. Of course, there`s also an antique tea cart that we converted into a bar cart!

This property is a separate unit from the front house with the same address. To access your stand alone space, the driveway is on D Street, around the corner from the 2 story main house front entrance.

We are local and happy to help! However, we value your comfort and privacy so you will not have to interact with us unless you want to!

Close to In n Out, Great Basin Brewery, Victorian Square, the Nugget Event center, and Sparks Museum.

There are plenty of walkable attractions, but since we are so close to the freeway there is nothing within Reno area that is more than 20 minutes away.
No Pets: This is a strictly no-pet property. If an animal is brought onto the property, a $250 fine will be charged if animal waste is not properly picked up and disposed of.

No Illegal Activity: No illegal activity, weapons, or illicit drugs are permitted on the property.

Security Cameras: Tampering with exterior security cameras or engaging in illegal activity on the premises will result in immediate, non-refundable cancellation of your reservation.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and anywhere on the property, including front and back yards. Improper disposal of cigarette butts on the property is also prohibited.
A $250 fine will be charged for any smoking violation, in addition to professional cleaning and repair costs.

Furniture & Appliances: Please do not move furniture or appliances from their original placement.

No Open Flames or Grills: Open flames, candles, fire pits, or grills are not allowed anywhere on the property.

IMPORTANT: Violation of any house rule may result in immediate, non-refundable cancellation of your booking and require the property to be immediately vacated.
