The Property
This listing is for BOTH a complete UPSTAIRS unit, and another complete DOWNSTAIRS unit as one rental that can sleep up to 12 people!! They two are separate units in one building. One upstairs unit includes: One bedroom with a King sized bed and a full bed; a spacious living area with a pull-out couch that can sleep 2; a full kitchen/dining area that seats 4 with all updated appliances as of September 2023; a full bath with tub/shower combo; & a private washer/dryer newly updated as of September 2023. The downstairs area of your rental includes and newly renovated luxury unit with one bedroom with 2 full sized beds; a (2nd) spacious living area with another pullout couch that can sleep 2; a (2nd) full kitchen / dining area that can seat 5 more with all updated appliances as of November 2023; a (2nd) full bath with tub/shower combo; and a (2nd) washer / dryer, also newly updated as of November 2023! The downstairs unit also features a marble backsplash, brand new stainless steel appliances, motion-sensor under cabinet lighting and comfortable seating for 5. Kick back and watch your favorite movie on the wall mounted 50" 4K HD Smart TV in the zero gravity full body shiatsu massage chair or cuddle up on the easy pull-out sleeper sofa and enjoy the warmth from the custom build marble fireplace. Bedroom features 2 double beds with beautiful custom wingback headboards. This place has been renovated from floor to ceiling and has everything you need to fully enjoy your stay in Branson. The upstairs unit has been updated as well with all new appliances in September of 2023!

Victory Pointe Resort guests have access to boat slip rentals (please contact your host for the link to reserve these). Guests also are welcome to walk over to Indian Point Marina dock for boat or wave runner rentals or a boat slip. Indian Point Marina is just a 10-minute walk away or a 2-minute drive.
