• Private condo in newly updated boutique beach motel, featuring a private deck with ocean view

The Space
• Private 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo in Kure Beach, NC
• High Speed Wifi
• 2 HD Smart Roku TVs
• Free Parking for one car
• 2 beach chairs provided
• Family friendly amenities – pack’n’play, children's utensils & tableware
• We supply bed linens & bath towels. Beach towels NOT provided.
• We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.
• Three-minute walk to the public beach access and the Kure Beach boardwalk with great restaurants, coffee, ice-cream, an arcade, fishing pier, and more!
• Please note that the parking spaces are close together and difficult to navigate with a larger vehicle.

House Rules
• No pets allowed
• NO SMOKING. If anything is smoked inside, you will incur a $200 fee for deodorization treatment.
• Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. Early check ins and late check outs are not available due to our COVID-19 cleaning protocols. No parking on premises before check in time or after check out time. Unapproved late check outs may result in a $200 fee.
• No more than 1 vehicle is permitted to park on the property.
• Please park only in the 1 assigned parking space for unit 5.
• All visitors must be approved by host.
• Be respectful of other guests in the complex by keeping noise volumes low.
• In order to avoid potential staining, please do NOT use bleach to clean anything during your stay. We have professional cleaners who will use bleach appropriately in between guests to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
• Do not burn incense, essential oils, or similar items. These scents are difficult to remove before the next guest checks in, and some guests may have sensitivity to smells.
• Guest must sign rental agreement.

Fantastic getaway!

Wonderful location. Close to the beach as advertised with a gorgeous view from the porch! 10/10 Will be looking to stay again on our next excursion to Kure Beach!

Short trip

Had a good time. Short walk to the beach. Bed was comfortable. Appreciated the paper products, soap, trash bags. The oatmeal, coffee, popcorn etc was a thoughtful gesture; however the granola bars that were offered were moldy when I opened them. May want to change those out more frequently?Parking was a challenge. Extremely tight spaces for anything but the most compact car. Cleaning crew parked in our space while we were out, had to knock on doors to find them and have them move. A/C units are very loud, especially in the bedroom. No electrical outlet in bathroom, but you can plug the provided hairdryer in the outlet on the bedroom wall. If you bring your own hair tools it’s possible the cords won’t reach. No fan over stove so if you fry anything you’ll have smells to contend with i.e. bacon. Need some more appropriate silverware for adults, never seen smaller spoons than those! There is also plasticware that looks like it’s for children. The worst problem is the SMELL of the hot water!! Smells like rotten eggs, so much so, it made me nauseated. Cold water was fine but the water heater definitely needs some attention. The “deck” is very narrow, about 3 feet. The stools need replacing as they feel as if they’ll come apart at any time. My husband is 6’2” and 250 and was afraid to sit on them. The back door knob needs replacing also, gets stuck and difficult to open. Door will only partially open due to the bed is in the way. We enjoyed our trip but would not stay here again.
