The host communicated well with us. Even texted to say we could check in a little early since the place was ready. Was close to the beach with easy access to public beach access.
Very comfortable and conveniently located unit. The street is very close to the main drag but extremely quiet. There’s also a genuine neighborhood feel, which was a great and unexpected bonus.
We had a wonderful long weekend away and the Sea-Clusion is the perfect place for a couple.

Good location. Kitchen well stocked (pots and pans to cook). Pet friendly. Not the coziest place. Minimal bathroom amenities, 2 towels and some bars of soap. Floors were dirty. Things were fine.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Pros: The unit was cozy, pet-friendly, and in a great location. Beach access was only about two blocks away, which made it very easy to walk to the beach each day. The beach is always relaxing for us, so being that close was a big plus.Cons: The air conditioning units in both the bedroom and living area were very loud, the living area unit kept turning on and off throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep. We couldn’t turn them off because it was very hot during our stay. The biggest issue was the noise from the unit upstairs. We could hear nearly every step and movement, and at times it sounded like a herd of cattle walking around. Unfortunately, it made relaxing in the unit difficult. The bathroom had no counter or shelf space, so there was nowhere to put toiletries, hair products, or a curling iron except the toilet tank which isn’t ideal. A small shelf would make a big difference. There were also no rugs or mats anywhere, and a rug in the living area would help as sand easily accumulates when you’re coming back from the beach. The living room was cozy but lacked a small table to set down a drink, phone, or keys.Dining options nearby were limited, but Carolina Beach is about 10 minutes away with more restaurants. Just be aware that many places close around 9 PM.Overall, the location was great, but due to the noise from the upstairs unit and a few comfort issues, we likely would not stay here again.
