Approximately 1,200 sq. ft of living area (3 bedrooms and 1 bath) with a view Lake Washington from the kitchen, living room, and dining room.
Open-concept fully equipped kitchen with island, an ideal space for your whole group to spend time together. Relax in the cozy living room with warm wood built-ins while enjoying natural light from the oversized windows. Blackout curtains in the bedrooms help provide an ideal night’s sleep. Classic white subway tiles and modern touches complete this idyllic retreat.

Carport for 2 cars
Additional cars can also fit in the driveway.
