The fully furnished kitchen has a side by side refrigerator with both filtered water and crushed ice on the door. The living room has a fp, large 42”' flat screen tv with directv, a dvr, a blu-ray player all with surround sound. Both couches are sleepers and feature inner spring mattresses. The kitchen is fully furnished, the dining area has seating for 6. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen in the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms have flat screen tv's with directv and dvr accessibility. The master bath has two sinks and a jacuzzi tub, the guest bath, has a travertine shower, there is direct access from both the bedroom and hall. No expense was spared in decorating this home, wood floors, travertine, granite and marble throughout. This ground level 1200 square foot unit has a private patio complete with a bbq, fire pit and private enclosed hot tub.

About the owner: Hello my name is Leanne Simoes Sandlin. I have lived on our family farm most all of my life in Tipton, CA. I am a mother of 4 married to David Sandlin, a wonderful loving man. Throughout the years, I have stayed actively involved with our farm, my kids, their sport activities, School Parent Clubs, our Church as well as our local Town Council and Chamber of Commerce Board. To say the least, I have stayed plenty busy. I started my vacation rental business in 1997 and purchased the Beach Comber Inn also in Pismo Beach in 2005. I take great pride in this business that I have built and feel very blessed that God has given me this opportunity.
