With the beach just a 10 min walk away, this is your ideal getaway for a refreshing escape by the sea. Park View home is a corner lot perched facing the Pacific Ocean with a view of the ocean and many relaxing spaces to hangout both inside and outside. There is ample parking year round (200 feet), plus a front drive way to park one vehicle. The beach is an easy 10 minute walk (directly) or by car a 4 minute drive with free parking at Grover Beach surf spot and Finns bar and grill restaurant!
