Includes extended basic cable TV/DVD & wireless Internet, kitchen with all amenities except a dishwasher. Sleeps 6. Queen sized bed in each bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Has shared laundry in garage and 1 parking space. Wireless Internet.

We LOVE your Condo!!! Everything was clean, the beds are comfy, although we did not do much cooking the kitchen is well equipped. So homey and relaxing and we love being so close to the Beach!!!

Clean nice property lots of traffic on the road next to the condo no parking if you have suv you would have to park on the road which if you move your car your gonna lose your parking spot. Would be nice if they had some fire pits on the patio it get cool at night. Number 2 condo electronic lock and door was not working properly .Either than that it was nice

The location was perfect! We had everything we needed. Place was clean, neat, orderly, and uncluttered. Nice to have the parking garage out of the sun. The beach chairs and beach towels were a nice touch, although we did not get the chance to use them. The only thing I would add to this property would be an AC unit, even if it was a portable one. Is the only reason that we didn't give it 5 stars.

This is the ideal location for a Pismo Beach vacation. Right on the beach with everything else you need very close. If relaxation is the goal then this is the place.
