Condo 313 had fabulous view of ocean, huge balcony with all windows beautiful days during Halloween time. Wish they had elevator up 3 flights of sturdy stairs. Well stocked on towels, paper products and laundry soap.

Beautiful, well kept property with an amazing view. Conveniently located for excursions around the island. Beach right in front of condo and has a pool on the property. Condo is very roomy and well laid out. Beds are super comfy. Fantastic cross breeze goes through apartment so don’t even need air conditioners with the ceiling fans. Awesome sunsets. Wish we would have had more time here to enjoy the property. Megan was very quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. Would definitely return.

Comfortable Place, Nice Location

We enjoyed our stay. Just a short walk to nice sunsets and less than 10 minutes from anywhere in Kihei. Host Megan was very responsive and easy to work with, would stay here again.

We felt right at home with our 6 and 1.5 year old boys. The pool, hot tub and beach toys were a huge hit. Great beaches and great food made the trip awesome.

It was nice to hear the ocean from the living room and deck. Great location! It's close to Kihei without being directly in the busyness of the town. The green light was not on in the unit at check in to be able to locate it from the parking lot, which was not ideal with a late flight arrival. The owner has nice automated messages, but appears to be too busy to actually manage the property if there is an issue. The smoke detector went off at 3am on our first night there. I silienced it by standing on a kitchen chair. I messaged the owner at 7am. I received an automated response a couple hours later. I responded again. She stated her husband would come over fix it, as it was beeping again, and I didn't want to be woken again that night. Over four hours later after multiple messages and the husband never arriving, she "loaded up her kids" to come over to change the battery. I work in hospitality. I did not feel cared for by this owner.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the ocean views and the convenient location close to Kihei. I do want to clarify the maintenance issue mentioned. The smoke detector battery began chirping unexpectedly overnight. Prior to check-in we completed our standard walkthrough and everything appeared to be functioning properly. I unfortunately missed your first early morning message as I was sick that day. Once I saw your message, I responded and arranged for my husband to come replace the battery since he normally handles maintenance items. That same day when he got off of work, he had discovered that our boat had been broken into and was dealing with the police, which caused an unexpected delay. These were very unusual circumstances and not reflective of our normal response times. I would also like to clarify that our check-in instructions, check-out instructions, and the welcome note guests receive the morning after arrival are automated using the messaging tools provided by VRBO. Many hosts use these features to ensure guests receive helpful information in a timely and consistent way. As reflected in many of our other guest reviews, we pride ourselves on being responsive and attentive hosts. I’m glad you otherwise enjoyed the property and its beautiful location.

A wonderful place to stay in Maui.

The weather was amazing. We loved Big Beach and Kamaole Beach Park III. The road to Hana, surf lessons in Lahaina and a visit to Paia were are all highlights. The townhouse is well equipped with beach gear in addition to a great location across from Sugar Beach - ideal for long sunrise and sunset walks. We’ll be back!

Super clean, spacious, and close to everything!

We had an amazing time staying at unit 313 at Kihei Holiday. The condo was super clean, included all the essential ammenities, and the rental car add on was a nice bonus. The pool was refreshing after a day of snorkeling and beach time and the condo is located in a super convenient location. We will most definitely stay there again. Mahalo to Megan and Bryan!

Great Location.

Overall I was very happy with my stay at Megan's rental. Kihei is a good place to set up a base camp for your Maui vacation, and the view from the condo is beautiful. When we first got in the rental wasn't ready, but Megan was easy to get in touch with and she tried to remedy the issues as soon as she could. I would recommend staying here.

This two bedroom condo has a fabulous view of the ocean from the lanai. It is well-located on Sugar Beach - quiet, yet easy to get around from. All modern conveniences are available and in excellent working condition. The owner responds quickly to messages. Overall, a great vacation "hale".

Property is very well maintained all necessary things available

It's great being at a walking distance to the beach. Quite area people are so respectful and friendly. Being in Kihei are was enjoyable, didn't seem to tourist which made it nice. For our first time in Maui, we are leaving with a very memorable visit that we'll always remember and have something to share with friends.

Maui stay

My sister and I were visiting Maui for a funeral. I liked the reviews on this place. I reached out to Megan - immediate response from her and she was very helpful. We loved the place! One suggestion only - replace the drap on the big widow. Those outside had to be rolled up because of the strong winds. Made it awfully bright and warm as the sun was setting. I'd stay there again for sure. Thank you!

WOW!!

This condo was truly a home base! Roomy and comfortable, with that amazing view! It even had starter supplies, big beach towels and other beach supplies, etc. I can't recommend it enough!

The property was amazing, well kept, clean, beautiful flowers.

Great location. So close to the beach. The pool was perfect as well. Nice to be close to amenities yet far enough to be quiet and private. We were able to walk to grocery store and some restaurants. It felt central, part of the action , yet somewhat quiet. Perfect. We would stay again. The closeness of the beach was the big draw.

Trip of a lifetime!

The condo is lovely and well-maintained. It is PERFECTLY located in sunny Kihei and is close to everything. We loved calling it our “home” for our trip. Megan was very communicative and helpful when issues arose or if we had questions. She gave us some great advice as to where to eat, what to do and how to navigate the island. We didn’t want to leave.

We love how quiet the area is in North Kihei, away from the 'hustle and bustle' of the town center of Kihei and South Kihei... We enjoy the simple things Maui has to offer us. The breath taking ocean view and golden sandy beaches directly across from Kihei Holiday make it an ideal location to relax and recharge. The Kihei Holiday property really is the best kept secret in North Kihei!

The main draw of our unit is the proximity of the beach and ocean. Tourists visiting Maui head to Kihei for our numerous pristine beaches, incredible ocean views, and an overall peaceful stay. Our condo encapsulates all three of these benefits! From our Kihei Holiday unit, you can look out over the Pacific for whales, take a refreshing swim in the ocean, or a long romantic walk on the beach. Not many places in Kihei are able to offer all of these benefits.
