Beautiful, spacious, Kihei Maui ocean side of road, two bedroom, two bath condo. Top quality remodel in 2015 with granite counter, custom kitchen and bathroom vanities. Enjoy the garden view and all the amenities of the highly acclaimed Maui Sunset resort, including swimming pool, gas BBQ grills, free internet, elevator and free parking.

Each bedroom features a king bed, air conditioning and TV/DVD player. There’s also a queen wall bed; much more comfortable than a sofa bed. This end unit, B201, features a garden view lanai and a smaller lanai off the master bedroom with a mountain view.

The condo is complete with washer/dryer, ironing boards and all the kitchen appliances and amenities. Beach towels, chairs, and a cooler are provided for your beach excursions.

Relax with morning coffee on the lanai, enjoying the meticulously manicured tropical gardens. The beach is just steps away for nice walks and beautiful sunsets. Phone is included with free local, and anywhere USA and Canada calling.

If you stay 14 or more days during Peak or High season we will provide cleaning service once a week.

The on-island manager is very personable and always available to assist you with any unexpected needs or issues.

About Darrick Coles

I've been coming to Hawaii since the late 1960's with my family and fell in love with it the moment I stepped onto the islands. We've travelled many of the islands, but enjoy Maui the most and Kihei the best.

A little quieter than some areas, with a family atmosphere, these affordable units provide everything, giving you the option to eat in or out, stay on property or sightsee. Close to Wailea, but much more affordable, and close to all the Kihei amenities, including stores, beaches and restaurants, but in a quieter setting.

The staff is friendly and the grounds are wonderful. You'll find the (mix of owners and guests) other vacationers friendly and helpful as well - you'll be unwinding and relaxing the moment you step onto the property.

Great condo!

This was my second stay in Darrick's condo, the first with my son and his family and this time with two friends. We had a truly awesome time! We've already booked again for next year!

The condo is immaculate and so comfortable in all respects. The kitchen is well equipped with all the dishes and utensils you could possibly need. The king size beds are great and the Murphy bed is really comfy. All the beach gear is another plus for this great condo.

The condo is quite spacious and having two bathrooms is so nice. I must say we really appreciated the mid stay cleaning!

It felt so good to come back to a home away from home after busy days of enjoying the island!

Thank you so much Darrick! I won't stay anywhere else!

Easy In, Easy Out!

Love the condo! The view was spectacular. It was hard to part from Hawaii, particularly the condo because of the wonderful view. Condo is very clean place and had almost everything that we needed for our trip. Love the fact that the condo is literally in the middle of everything. Until next time!

excellent location--convenient to get to both ends of the island; everything we needed was so close at hand; the owner has done everything possible to make the stay enjoyable; condo is clean, roomy, and stocked with the comforts of home; beautiful location, nice pool, and right on the beach; we would stay at Maui Sunset time after time if we could

We enjoyed our month stay during April 2018. The weather was not always great but who controls the weather. IT was an ideal location close to shopping for food or car rentals etc. My husband played a lot of golf which was reasonable priced. We had a great time.
