We have loved living here in Huntington Beach since 1995. You will love it too. It's only less than 1 mile to the beach and very close to the Main St. pier. (Monthly rental available at much lower rate)

We have the best weather in the world during all seasons. All seasons rate are the same low rate . Your own parking inside our garage. If you need to book in early please request from us. Parking is very limited for the 3nd persons if come to visit. We not able to accommodate other family member come to visit because of our quiet neighborhood .

We're offering pick and drop off at the local Airport (Santa Ana) with fee $75.00 each way.
This quaint suite is a great find located in a quiet Huntington Beach neighborhood. It is close to a few mall that provide all the basic amenities, restaurants, coffee and is a relatively short walk to the beach. The owner provided the best customer service we have ever experienced by addressing every single question and request we had. This made the stay so nice knowing that our needs were always looked after in very short order. The suite itself was very clean, personal and provided all the basic necessities. The view from the main entrance looked upon a garden and water fountain that had hummingbirds visit numerous times throughout the day. This was an added bonus and a nice surprise. We highly recommend this location knowing that the suite and owner made the California experience just that much better!!
This rental is ideal for 1 or 2 people. It is well maintained and very clean. I had a slight plumbing problem due to roots in the line which was resolved the same day that I contacted the owner. He is very accommodating and helpful. It is small, but detached from the main home with a fountain by the door for ambiance. There is a sitting area with a flat screen TV and a small table for dining with a full kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator. The bathroom is small with a compact shower, but suited my purposes fine. Great location near HB and shops as well as easy access in and out of the area. There are laundry facilities available with an ironing board and iron on site. Parking was inside a garage. They provided 2 different choices for AC, but this near the beach would probably not be needed. For a few nights, there were other guests in the larger unit who chose to smoke outside. Since I am highly allergic to smoke, I just shut the window and turned on the AC until they went inside and air outside was clean for an open window. When visiting this area again, I would definitely consider staying here.
The property is a clean, beautiful standalone dwelling that's larger than your average hotel room - very much like a studio apartment - with key-coded entry both from the street and to the unit itself. As such, it doesn't share any walls with other units, and this gives it a very nice sense of privacy. The guest is also granted garage parking which is VERY handy. The location is excellent with a Starbucks (open at 5 a.m.), wine bar (Sea Legs), full-service restaurant with GREAT breakfasts (Mama's), a Mediterranean restaurant (REALLY good), Chinese food, and a grocery store all in walking distance (less than 5 minutes). The beach is only another 5 minute's walk. Main Street in HB is very close.
The owner, Ken, was a sincere pleasure to meet, and went WAY out of his way to make sure I was comfortable at every step of the process.
I would HIGHLY recommend this rental to anybody looking for an easy, comfortable, and well-situated "home away from home." I will be returning without a doubt.

I have stayed in this private studio in Huntington Beach twice and I'm sure I will stay again. The location is very close to the Huntington Beach pier, and the accommodations are clean, quiet and safe. There are shopping and restaurant amenities right across the street and Ken and his family have provided everything you could need for a short or extended stay. The price is unbeatable too!
My boyfriend and I chose this property because of location (5 min drive to the beach), because it said it was clean (which it was) and because it says it's a one bedroom that can sleep a third in the living room. I'd like to say first, Ken was kind and accommodating but I just think others should know this is not a one bedroom. We rented the larger tiki unit because a friend wanted to rent with us and the description said it was a one bedroom with room for a third in the living room. The unit is a small studio with a wet bar. There is a curtain that just covers the bed area but not the entire sleeping area by any means, so there was no privacy. Also, the sleeping space for the third person (a grown man) is a twin cot with many stains on it. I wouldn't have slept on it, even though they kindly provided us with clean sheets. Our third person ended up leaving a day early but we still paid for him per night, which I can't see the justification for.
Should also be known there is no cable (even though there is a cable box) and no a/c which honestly wouldn't usually be an issue, but it was very hot and Ken was nice and provided us with extra fans. Just thought I'd point this out. Proximity to the other rental is like a foot so you don't have much privacy if shades are open.
All in all, if you just need a place to sleep for one or two people, it's ok, but saying a third person (besides a child) will be comfortable feels like you're not getting what you expect. And I want to reiterate that this family is very thoughtful and willing to accommodate but I just didn't want others to get into the same situation as we did, unknowingly.
This rental is great,close to the main area of Huntington and within walking distance to the pier and main street.Walmart around the corner for food.Nice being able to park in a garage.The neighborhood is very nice and seems very safe.Ken gives a great price too!
Ken was very accommodating and was there for anything that was needed,(thanks for the extra heater Ken!).We will definitely rent here again and it was so quiet,we really loved it.
Near Disneyland, Main Street Huntington beach, Knott's Berry farm, Catalina island, John Wayne Airport, Long Beach Airport, Harbor cruises. The best restaurants. Scenic walks and views.
