Great getaway

Great location, very nice condo

We had a great stay here. The condo was very nice and clean and the complex was quiet. Great location, right on the beach. The one thing that we didn’t realize from the photos is the wall on the East side is pretty significant and blocks some of the view in that direction.

Beautiful beach view with great service

The listing was just as described! The beach view was tremendous, and the beach access was perfect. The beach service was great, and the pool was clean. Our only small hang up was that the pool was advertised as heated and it was very cold. Overall, we would gladly stay here again!

Relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit could use new kitchen appliances and upgrades to bathroom faucets. Maybe some fresh paint. But overall, really nice, quiet and relaxing. Will definately stay there again.

Wonderful site.

Building and resort was very well kept up. Our condo had a beautiful view. The cleanliness of the condo was good overall except one of the twin beds had sheets pulled down yet and didn't look clean. Reviews we read were accurate on view and outdated furniture. Overall we would stay again.

This top floor two bedroom has some wonderful upgrades including flooring, so we are glad to hear some positive responses!! Yes unfortunately we had a crazy weather month but our Gulf Coast is just as beautiful as ever and the Florida sun is nice and hot now! The Gulf of Mexico houses all types of saltwater fish species, but the gorgeous emerald green water on the shore makes everything worth while! We sincerely look forward to your return for another relaxing week in paradise.

We saw dolphins everyday from our balcony. It was the best way to start our mornings. We were already recommending to friends during our stay. The entire process with Brooks and Shorey was so easy from day one. We hope to be back next year!

Great view of the beach

Nice condo. There were some issues that we encountered and notified people during our stay. It wasn't issues that needed to be resolved during our stay, but they still offered to fix them while we were there. Great view of the beach. We really enjoyed going out in the morning and not having to take a beach chair or umbrella since it's provided. Days when the water was calmer and since we went in Sept it felt like bath water! Good location. Not right in the middle of things, but close enough to get to what you want.
