I loved the cottage right next to the ocean! It was clean and comfortable and had all that was needed. I enjoyed coffee on the back patio under the pergola listening to the waves!

Everything I needed was in the cottage. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on away from home. It is perfect for 1-2 people. I will return. Communication with the host was excellent. She even sent a list of places to eat & things to do in St Augustine. I loved having a code to the cottage.

It was the perfect size cottage for my husband and me. We loved sitting on the patio for morning breakfast and evening coffee. The walk to the beach was close and easy. There are a handful of restaurants within walking distance. We would love to stay again.

Cottage is in a great location with beach access right out the door. The beach is really nice in that location. Kitchen was well equipped, could have used a larger frying pan though. Host was very accommodating and we really liked the email about things to do in the area and recommended restaurants. That was really helpful! Pictures posted on VRBO were quite old, I suspect from when the property was newly refurbished. Walls/trim could use a coat of paint and the floors, although clean, show their age. It’s definitely a “cottage” so bathroom was a bit tight, second half bath was good to have. The back porch was a great place to sit and relax but you’re looking at the sand dune, can’t actually see the ocean. All said, we had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
