Welcome to PS Mountain Vista

This newly renovated 1 bd condo is the perfect place to enjoy your vacation/staycation in Palm Springs. With its stunning views, spacious layout, and convenient location, you'll have everything you need for a memorable stay.

The condo is located just 5 min from the thriving downtown area, where you'll find world-class restaurants, shops, and entertainment. All with great amenities and you're also close to some of the best golf, hiking, biking, and tennis trails.
The space
The owner chose this condo for its amazing view and then did extensive renovations. The views are unparalleled. You have two balconies, one with unobstructed views of the Mountain Range. You enter the generous living space, then the dining area and newly updated Kitchen. Beyond that, you enter a large bedroom with a spectacular new bathroom. You will have two smart TVs and all the comforts of home.
Guest access
We use an electronic door lock with a code created just for you. You will also have keyed access to the pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and the convenient onsite laundry.
Other things to note
This Condo is on the top floor. There is an elevator from the Ground Floor to the middle level, but you have to walk up one flight of stairs to reach this home.

Though not required, it is very helpful if you run the dishwasher on your way out. My cleaner and I will greatly appreciate it.

Beautiful stay in Palm Springs!

Our Host Peter was so attentive, if we had any kind of small issue, he took care of it immediately. He met us the day before and showed us the in and outs of the complex. We felt very secure there. We stayed February and March, 2024 and wouldn't hesitate at all on re-booking with him again.

Excellent Stay - Great View and Location

This condo has an excellent view of the mountains over Palm Springs. Walking distance to all the fun restaurants and shops on the main drag. Everything was clean and tidy. All appliances functioned well and the kitchen had everything we needed. Pool towels were provided and there were plenty of bath towels and kitchen linens. Our host was a very responsive communicator and a pleasure to deal with. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much!

My partner and I are avid world travelers and users of Short Term Rentals. I am an American, and he is German. We have lived in the US and Europe and love meeting new people. When we moved to Palm Springs during Covid, we thoroughly investigated the Palm Springs area. For our home, we knew two things: 1) We wanted to be able to walk to town, and 2) we wanted to be out of the windy part of PS. I applied these same desires when looking for investment properties. All of my properties are out of the wind zone and walkable to town.
