Our thoughtfully renovated home offers comfortable, luxurious accommodations for up to 8 guests, within a short 4 minute stroll of stunning, South Kingstown Town Beach and Matunuck State Beach. Enjoy the sweet salt air, breathtaking ocean views and marvelous sunsets from our delightful deck, accessible from our tastefully updated kitchen with open dining and living room areas. The primary suite and second bedroom are both bright and inviting with luxury linens, gleaming hardwoods, large windows and walk in closets. The lower level features the third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, full bathroom with shower and tub, laundry room and a large living room/ game room area with wet bar, Foosball table and television that open up to an expansive, private back patio with a newly installed outdoor shower for all of your post beach and entertaining needs. Come experience our coastal paradise and enjoy all that Blackberry Mist and Matunuck have to offer! Matunuck, located in South Kingstown, Rhode Island is known for its stunning beaches attracting hundreds of thousands of visitors every year. Great Stay at Blackberry Mist!! You can walk to a near by store and also head to the shore beach! Quiet neighborhood and flow of the home was perfect. Owner was very responsive on any questions I had during my stay. Wish we could of stayed longer!Karen & Family

Our stay was excellent. The location of the property is perfect and allows for easy beach access. The layout of the house was perfect for the three families that stayed with ample social spaces for kids and adults to be together or separate. The house and kitchen were furnished with everything that we could need and the check in and out process was seamless. I would definitely rent this property again.

Beautiful retreat!

It had everything we needed for our weekend away with friends. It was so well cleaned and organized it was very easy to settle in to. The beach options are so close by just a short drive or walk. And the patio set up was perfect for a night relaxing outside!

Clean and inviting. Very upscale decor. Windows everywhere so it’s very bright and a view to the ocean. Upscale appliances, pot pans and utensils. We would certainly stay again.

Perfect stay

The Blackberry Mist was absolutely perfect for us. Some houses we have stayed in have been "updated" for rental purposes. This is home was updated for a family that wants to live there. The host was incredibly responsive any time we reached out with minor details. The location was close (walking distance) to the beach and some local restaurants. Thank you to Erin for being a great host!
