Beautiful room, furnishings, decor, balcony and view. Beach chairs and umbrella provided, which was nice. We have only great things to say about this property. I had a chance to surf fish, which I LOVE. We are long-time visitors to Garden City, during years with our kids and now in our retirement season, so the proximity to the Pier, where we enjoyed live music, and several wonderful restaurants was top notch. This property will now be our escape and home away from home at the beach we so love!

This Condo was just what we needed. Very convenient, extremely clean, well stocked, check in and out was a breeze! Balcony literally looked over the tide during high tide! Definitely will return in future!
