Decatur 1789 is where big families and ski crews land — four bedrooms, twelve sleeping spots, and a shuffleboard table that settles all arguments.

The genius of this condo is separation: adults claim the main level, with its view-framing windows, fireside leather seating, and the suite with a dual-vanity bath and walk-in shower. Kids and teens colonize the downstairs, where two side-by-side bedrooms pack in beds, TVs, and enough space that nobody feels stacked on top of each other.

Between runs, the main room does the entertaining — shuffleboard showdowns, shelves of board games, a crackling fire, and two TVs so nobody misses their show. The granite kitchen feeds the masses with bar seating for four and a dinner table for eight beneath colorful Colorado art.

The free shuttle takes skiers to the lifts, the gear room keeps twelve sets of boots organized, and the nearby pool, hot tubs, and sauna soak out the day. Book Decatur 1789 and bring everyone.

Holiday Trip

This place was warm, cozy and a great place to hang out with family and friends. It also had a nice entertaining space away from the bedrooms. We will be back.

We stayes with another family and the layout was perfect! One family took the rooms upstairs and we took the ones downstairs. Wonderful location and perfect for families with littles to get out and explore while using the place as a solid base camp.

We were in Keystone for a family gathering and this condo plus two others in Decatur were our home base. The condo was perfect for what we needed - a comfortable, roomy place with a fully stocked kitchen. The location is wonderful, with lots of hiking nearby. The kids loved the indoor pool and we all took advantage of Lake Dillion (low as it was this year!) Thank you for a great place!
