This condo has Million Dollar Views. It's a corner unit with views of the sound and the Gulf of Mexico (balcony for each). Loved it. Will stay here again.

Beautiful condo with beautiful view

We decided to go to Navarre Beach for our annual girls' trip rather than our usual location of Panama City. The condo had a gorgeous view and the sunrise took my breath away the very first morning. There was more than enough room for all of us. The walk to the beach was short and the beach itself was quiet and family oriented. The chairs on the patio could be more comfortable. They got a little hard if you spent a good bit of time on the patio like we did. Also, the wifi connection was almost non-existent. Overall, we were very happy with our decision to stay in this condo would most definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo!

I loved this condo from the moment I booked it. When you walk in, the view is breathtaking! The condo is very spacious and well decorated. One problem I encountered was an awful smell upon entry and throughout the kitchen. I figured out the garbage disposal needed to to be turned on. Maybe let the cleaners know to turn it on prior to guest arrival b/c we bought air freshener ASAP b/c it was so smelly. Also, the extra ice machine is really loud at night. One more, the sheets in the bedroom with the front balcony need to be replaced. My daughter kept telling me they were "bumpy." They were well worn and uncomfortable. Overall, our experience was good. I would book here again.

Beautiful Views of the Ocean and the Sound

The outside of the property was good. It looked well kept. The inside of the condo was beautiful. We stayed last year and decided to come back. The one thing I critiqued last year was how dirty the floor in the condo was. This year the floor was just as dirty. There was sand all over the floor and we didn’t walk around the condo without shoes on (except for our 2 yr old daughter). As soon as we got there she wanted her shoes off and within 30 minutes her feet were black. I know it’s hard to keep sand off of the floor but come on. The floor should not be so dirty as to turn someone’s feet Black the day we walked in. The floors had not been mopped in some time. The pantry door had something spilled on it and was sticky. We pay good money for a clean condo....it should be clean when we get there. Now....The views are gorgeous in the condo and that’s one of the reasons we came back to this spot. There are 3 bedrooms so there is plenty of space for everyone. I love the big balcony. The only thing I would say is I wish we had one or two taller chairs for the balcony. The bar on the balcony is at eye level when sitting in lower chairs. The view is still spectacular though and we spent many hours in the balcony. We had a good trip and am glad we came to this condo. It is beautiful. We just wished it had been cleaner.

Awesome Location Without the Crowd

This condo was exactly what we were looking for to make Spring Break 2018 one of the best. The condo was everything we expected it to be. The listing is very accurate and there were no surprises. The condo is clean and up to date. The view from the 14th floor was amazing. There are two elevators in the building and we rarely had to wait for them to take us down to the beach or back up to the condo. Navarre beach is one of the nicest beaches we have been on. It is very family friendly without all the rowdy crowds you may find at near by beaches. The beach is not overdeveloped with other condo buildings and hotels. There are two things that could be improved upon. The wifi is not reliable. When it is working, it is very slow, like dial up slow. The other issue, which has been mentioned in other reviews, is the master bath room does not have a shower curtain for the garden tub making it very hard not to get water outside the tub while showering. This could be taken care of very easily and I am puzzled as to why it has not been addressed. Neither the slow wifi or the shower curtain would prevent me from renting this condo again. We loved it and will stay here, if available, the next time we visit.

Nice condo

This is the second time I have booked at Caribbean resort. The condo is nice and overall the trip was superb. On a scale of 1 to 10 I will give this condo an 8. PROS: View is outstanding. Very roomy. Nice kitchen amenities. Washer/dryer. CONS: Door to the master bedroom had jamb issues. Two of the three toilets had some minor flushing issues. Sleep sofa is not comfortable at all. Mattresses are not comfortable in the room with the doubles beds. Needs some touch up paint and door knobs need tightening.

Breathtaking Views of the Gulf and the Sound

We very very pleased with the condo. It promised great views and it delivered!!! Would love to stay again. The only downsides we noticed was the living room couch was very uncomfortable. The side towards the outside wall seemed to be broken so no one sat there. Also, within 2 hours of my child walking around barefoot, her feet were black. The cleaning crew did not mop the floors. Everything else was clean though. The last thing I noticed was the master bath had no curtain on it so every time we showered water would get in the floor and on the toilet. Just a minor annoyance. Overall, we did not want to leave and look forward to vacationing here again for hopefully a longer period of time!! This condo is worth renting!!!

Almost Perfect!

We loved Navarre Beach and the Caribbean Resort. Also loved the condo's overall appearance, size, large windows all around. The decor was wonderful, too. However, we think a couple of upgrades are needed. The sofa needs to be replaced as the cushion suspension has collapsed. The master bath tub (garden size but not jetted) did not have a shower curtain so unable to keep the water off the floor. The cutlery/dishes/serving pieces etc. need upgrading. With many other condo options in Caribbean Resort, would not likely revisit this unit without the upgrades.

There was only one elevator working all week. This was the second time I rented at this complex and they had the same issue with the elevators 6 years ago. Very frustrating.I

Views, views, and views

From the moment you walk into the condo the view of the gulf and bay just overwhelm you with beauty. The condo is decorated very nice with very comfy beds and couch. You would never have to leave to enjoy the beauty surrounding you. We would definitely stay again.

Immaculate, beautifully decorated, the view from living room and bedroom is the best I've ever seen

Awesome

The rooms were all awesome. We had a great view. We had a problem with the stove the first night but called and it was fixed before lunch the next day. Nice pool and hot tubs. The only reason I would give it four stars instead of five was the TV was digital and not a good connection. We would stay at this location again!!

Perfect Condo!

This condo was perfect for our large family of 7 and our friends who have 5 total in their family. Spacious and just right. The views are spectacular. Upon arriving the condo was very nice and just as expected from the pictures. It was clean but not sure the floors were swept or mopped prior to our arrival. With crawling babies, that was frustrating and there was no mop to be found. We did the best we could sweeping several times a day. All the bedrooms were spacious and set up perfectly. The master bedroom was spacious and closet was big enough for our baby's travel crib to fit in, giving her her own room! One downfall, the master bedroom comforter on the bed was ripped and raveling all down the part that is by your face. That was frustrating and seemed unclean. Several nights, my fingers got caught in the ravels while.pulling the comforter up. It definitely needed replaced months ago. The master bathroom tub needs a shower door or glass barrier because every time we took a shower, it splashed on the floor and toilet that was close by making us use towels daily to clean up the excess water. Minus those flaws, all else was great. Condo has tons of cabinet and pantry storage! I would stay here again!

Amazing views, amazing condo

This is our third trip to Navarre, all at Caribbean Resort, but our first time in this unit. We couldn't have been more pleased. The unit is beautiful - the pictures don't do it justice. The views are incredible. We so enjoyed the beautiful weather and water, which were both amazing. It was such a treat to watch the dolphins feed every day. We will definitely try to stay in this unit for our next trip.
