Relax and enjoy your beach vacation at 'Sunkissed' the finest 3 Bedroom/3 Bath luxury condo available at the Caribbean Resort. With over 1800 sq. ft. of designer furnishings and dƩcor, you'll revel in first class style. The upgraded baths, bedding, lighting, countertops, and gourmet kitchen, in an open and spacious floor plan, will more than impress your family and friends. We also include 4 beach lounge chairs with 2 large umbrella that is set up for you daily.

'Sunkissed' at the Caribbean Resort is situated on Navarre Beach, which was awarded the 'Best Restored Beach' of 2012. Nearby, is a quarter mile long pier for your strolling and fishing pleasures. Although Pensacola and Destin are a short ride away, if you prefer to avoid their traffic and congestion, there are plenty of local options for shopping, eating and live music.

When you first step inside 'Sunkissed' at the Caribbean Resort , a west end corner unit, the 270 degrees of unparalleled beach views absolutely take your breath away! There are 16 windows, ceiling to floor glass, which provides panoramic views of Navarre Beach's pristine, emerald waters and sugar-white sands. With no high-rises to the west, you'll enjoy these unobstructed views day and night.

While sitting, lounging, sunning, or eating on either of the TWO corner balconies, you'll enjoy the beauty and serenity of Navarre Beach and the fabulous views of both the Gulf and Santa Rosa Island. The placement of this condo on the 7th floor is low enough to keep you intimately connected to the ocean, yet high enough to maintain a feeling of privacy.

'Sunkissed' at the Caribbean Resort will please the most discriminating of travelers. The gourmet custom kitchen features gorgeous granite countertops that wrap around to include a temperature controlled wine cabinet with stemware. Other features include a stainless steel side by side refrigerator with ice maker, smooth-top stainless range and oven, built-in front loading washer and dryer, microwave and quality cookware. The custom wood cabinets provide glass doors (front and back), which allow both light and views to stream in. All of this is set off beautifully by the stunning Travertine tile throughout the kitchen, living room, dining area, all three bathrooms and both balconies. In early 2019 the Caribbean Resort upgraded its communications infrastructure and this condo now provides high speed Internet and 185-channel high definition TV in all 3 bedrooms and the living room.

This was the cleanest and most well equipped condo that we have ever stayed in. Jerome was so easy to communicate with. Right on the beach. The double beach service was a real pleaser. We will rebook this properly. Absolutely gorgeous.

Thoroughly Enjoyable!

We loved our stay at Sunkissed! The condo was very spacious, clean, and well stocked. All of the beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. The balconies were perfect for relaxing and listening to the waves, with beautiful views. The beach was easily accessible and the two sets of beach chairs and umbrellas were a major plus for this condo, allowing us to pack minimal items to the beach. My family looks forward to visiting Sunkissed again in the near future!

Girls trip

Much needed girls trip! The property was awesome and the condo was superb! Spent a lot of time on the balcony due to chilly windy weather conditions. The water was beautiful once the storms passed. This condo had everything we needed and was perfect for us 3 ladies each having our own suite. Canā€™t wait to return!

Lovely 3 bedroom condo. Worked great for Grandparents, Parents and 2 young children. Amazing views, right on the white sand beaches. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our grand daughter asked if we could live there forever. Very clean and comfortable. We would book again in a heart beat.

Beautifully decorated and amazing views!

Jerome was responsive and helpful, the property is gorgeous and the floor to ceiling windows will give you the best views of the Gulf! I'm a stickler about cleanliness and this condo is one of the best I've stayed in over years of coming to the area. Beautiful Sunkissed Condo

We had an amazing stay with everything we needed plus that view!!! 7th floor. Check in was easy and Jerome answered all questions. Very clean and very nice smell thatā€™s not overpowering. Decorations were perfect beach theme. There are a lot of pillows on the couch so be prepared to figure out what to do or if you want to use the couch lol. It blocks the view of the full windows which is sad so I personally would rather have individual chairs and a place to put your feet up while watching the sunset if not on balcony. Front bedroom had a battery quit for ceiling fan controls but Jerome had maintenance bring one up. They brought the wrong one and left it by the door but we were leaving the next day so we left a message and note. It is a beautiful place to stay and we highly recommend!!!All the residents were very friendly. 8th floor must be a vacation rental too and was very noisy. They even asked us if we could hear them moving around all the time when we were sitting on our balcony. Shells were plentiful and fun to dig for since the nourishment program that ended when we arrived. It was fun watching the process of dismantling their pipes from the Gulf with their boats. A photo shoot happened for a Rock music artist from 10 pm until after midnight on the beach and they returned at sunrise to finish. Very fun to watch as well. Over 20 dolphins passed by so all in all, wonderful trip!!Pray that big resort building doesnā€™t get built for many years in the empty lot!

Paradise in the Panhandle

If you've been searching for the perfect beach getaway in Navarre, search no further, this is it! I spent weeks researching vacation rentals and ultimately decided on this condo. This property is exactly as described. It's full of stunningly gorgeous views. The 3 king bedrooms worked perfect for our family and gave us our own spaces at night. The glass cabinets in the kitchen ensure you can see the beach through the floor to ceiling windows throughout and keep the space open and airy. You can tell a lot of love and personal touches have been added by Jerome and family and it really feels like a home away from home. Our 7 year old loves the heated pool and we enjoyed the hot tub even on the cool and windy days. Jerome has great communication and this condo made for a perfect relaxing Christmas week. We will be back for sure.

Best balcony and beach views

This unit has the most beautiful views of sunrise and sunset just amazing! The owners Jerome and Carol are a quick text away if you have any questions and really want you to enjoy your stay. The beds were comfortable, rooms large and the kitchen was stocked with any dish or appliance you could possibly need.The beach chair service for four was so convenient and easy to use. Beautiful condo and great location

Condo was exactly as described and pictured. Host was easy to contact and very helpful. Grounds were clean and well-maintained. Beach is beautiful with powdery white sand - no shoes needed to take long walks on the beach. Overall a great time.
