Increíble 3 dormitorios, 3 ba��os, 1800 + sq. Ft., Totalmente amuebladas y el Golfo piso 17 actualizado condominio frente! ~ Tienes que ver esto a uno a creer que; las vistas desde esta unidad extremo oeste son simplemente insuperable. Las ventanas de piso a techo en toda la unidad dan simplemente las mejores vistas del Golfo delanteros y puesta del sol en la playa de Navarra disponibles.

El interior de este apartamento no deja nada detrás, dormitorio principal tiene dos puertas que se abren a la gran sala y le brinda la capacidad de mirar al oeste y observar la puesta de sol a trav��s de las ventanas de imagen, gire la cabeza hacia la izquierda y que est�� viendo frontal directo del Golfo. Baño principal se ha actualizado con ba���era de hidromasaje grande y azulejos en todo. Esta unidad es completamente de azulejos y cuenta con una cocina mejorada, techos de 9 pies y molduras de corona en todas partes. El segundo dormitorio est�� muy bien decorado con una cama de matrimonio, baño completo y cocina con fregadero, nevera peque�����a, y la máquina de hielo. Además, este segundo dormitorio es una unidad de cierre para una mayor privacidad a cabo si se desea. La tercera habitaci��n tiene dos camas matrimoniales y baño propio.

El complejo cuenta con una piscina, dos jacuzzis (uno es extra grande), de estar cubierta y zona de estar abierta en el ����rea de la piscina, y walkover playa. Esta unidad es una de las favoritas, así que no espere demasiado tiempo para reservar su lugar en la hermosa playa de Navarra!

Amazing. You have a Million Dollar view of the Gulf, the Island and the Intercostal Water Way. This is the second time the family and I have stayed at the Caribbean Resort. The ground, pool, hot tubs are well maintained and clean, Very quiet.

Fabulous condo with spectacular view!

Spacious condo with spectacular view of Gulf and Bay! The condo is in a great location, comfortable, clean, well stocked, has a wonderful pool/spa, and easy beach access. We hope to return next year!

Great condo

We really loved the condo. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the room wasn’t ready when they said it would be and the kitchen really needed to be stocked a little better. Overall it’s a beautiful condo with great furnishings and our family absolutely loved the location!

Absolutely beautiful view from the unit overlooking the Gulf.

Spectacular beachfront property. Our first time staying here but already planning a return visit. Condo furnishings were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was large enough for two cooks. Only issue was immediately handled by the maintenance people who were timely and efficient and friendly.

Absolutely perfect!

Everything about this property was amazing! The location could not have been better. We had the beach in our backyard. Oh, and the view from the balcony...breathtaking! We saw tons of marine life while sitting on the balcony each morning. We were close to grocery stores and restaurants as well. We had 8 people in our group and had plenty of room in the condo. We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful view

The condo is near the top floor and has a fantastic view of the beach, with large windows for unbelievable panoramic views. It was relatively quiet. Nicely furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beach was not crowded at all. Good restaurants nearby. You may need to purchase extra household items like soap, shampoo, and toilet paper, but stores are nearby. This is a great place for a vacation.

A beautiful location and property!

We had a wonderful family Christmas trip. The location as well as the property was clean, nicely equipped and decorated. The rooms were of all good size. Plenty of extra blankets and towels. The condo was very quiet. The only negative thing I’d say is you will need to bring trash bags, dish soap and toilet paper as these items were very limited and ran out the first day of each. Our family would definitely recommend.

We are so glad this family had a wonderful Christmas trip. We provide a start up of paper goods and detergent, not enough for an entire stay. This information is provided in instructions that are emailed for all reservations; it is unfortunate they missed reading that. We hope that they will return to Navarre Beach soon and stay with us again!

Beautiful view!

We had a great time here on the beach. The view was spectacular! We had everything we needed in the kitchen so there were no issues there. We had very foggy weather for the first couple of days so we did not see much., but the rest of the time we saw turtles, rays, and dolphins in the water on this beach. The waves were very gentle on some days so it was easy to spot the marine life right from our lanai! Great place! Thank you!

The Condo was very spacious while at the same time typical of most we have stayed in.

Clean comfy organized rooms / beds with great ocean views. Our group of 10 had a good time and will return to the Navarre Beach area in the future. The only real disappointment was with the Refrigerator / Freezer. No matter what setting you put them on they did not keep items cold enough or froze. The ice maker barely worked at all. Thank goodness for the ice maker in the 2nd bedroom.

We are glad they enjoyed the unit. Had they called us about the fridge, we would have sent appliance repair to see if there was a problem. It is best to leave the appliance on the factory setting, and we have not received any notice of an issue since their stay.

Best view ever!

This condo is awesome! The view is the most spectacular I’ve seen since I was in Maui. I highly recommend this unit. Beds are very comfortable, the beach is the best I’ve seen in North America.

Very nice

Beautiful views and very nice condo. Beach was clean. Had a great time. Only issue is the queen bed was squeaky and a little uncomfortable. We would definitely go back.

Overall my "First" impression of the property is that it is fantastic

The view was amazing. The property was beautiful. However, there are several small things that add up to being disappointed. 1. Zero security, all of the gates that we had combinations to were never locked. 2. Tried doing two small loads of laundry and had to hand wring the clothes. 3. I understand that we are to supply everything for ourselves, but couldn't you at least have a salt and pepper shaker and some soap for the dishwasher. 4. The T.V. system is a complete piece of junk. 5. It was nice having a really nice ice cube maker, but being in the third bedroom, it made so much noise my son could not sleep in the room. 6.The bed in the master bedroom is the noisiest thing I have ever heard. It squeaks so loud every time you even touch it. (my biggest complaint) 7. for the last six years my family and I have rented a condo on the beach in Florida and this is the first bad review I have written. The outside of the building is poorly maintained and dirty. 8. Because of the poor security, it appeared that there were people using the pool and hot tub that didn't belong there.

Loved it!

OVER THE TOP

There are no words to describe how very pleased we were with this condo. We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute. The condo is so nice you just don't want to leave! The owner, I must say, has impeccable taste! We had an air conditioning issue but it we repaired right away. This is a very elegant, upscale condo. Very roomy. The owner thought of everything! It is very easy to keep this unit neat and tidy the way it is set up. Good thing, I am a neat freak! The floor model ice maker in the 2nd bedroom was awesome to have. This bedroom also has a balcony. We were there for a church conference and everyone who came to see the unit (I had to show it off you know) was quite impressed. I even had the comment made "You get the award for the nicest condo." Folks stayed at many condos around Navarre but none as nice as this one. I am thankful to the owner for such a nice condo and we have stayed at many places from Hawaii to Caribbean to Seattle and none as nice. All of the bed linens, speads, etc. were like new. Again, to the owner, we thank you!
