4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 story cottage. 2 full kitchens 1 on each floor. King bed in master upstairs, day bed in 4th bedroom sleeps 2, full bath. Downstairs, 2 queen beds, full kitchen, full bath, full size washer Dryer. Golf Cart Rentals available.

Please note pet friendly guests, VRBO does not include pet fee in their check out quote to you. The fee is $125 for pet, 1 pet maximum and breed restricted, no aggressive animals such as pitbulls terriers, rottweilers, dobermans, chows & mastiffs. Max. weight 40lbs This fee will be added after VRBO emails your reservation to our email. We then send you a booking reservation which includes the pet fee + 11.5% taxes. Our owners welcome your family pets, however do ask you respect their vacation home investment.

The house was a great experience. Loved the easy process and location. The only negative is that we found 3 pretty good size live roaches and some ants. We used the spray under the sink. Other than that, it was awesome.

Close to the beach

Within walking distance to the beach. Had everything we needed including chairs to take to the beach. It had 2 floors which each had 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room and kitchen. Seemed like a short drive to anywhere in St. Augustine.

Spring Break Getaway

Perfect location - best view in Sun Crest Village. Unit is a little outdated and needs some fixing up, but the location and set up with two complete apartments makes the unit worthwhile. Would stay here again.

Excellent beach stay!

We loved our stay at this beautiful beach home. Shortest walk to the beach access boardwalk! The home was exactly as described and well equipped. We hope to visit again next summer.

Love the view and short walk to beach

Enjoyed the morning on the deck drinking coffee. And very convenient to the beach . Quite neighborhood and walking distance to mini golf. The pool was a plus too! We would stay there again.

Awesome Location

Definitely would stay again! The location was great, close to the beach and restaurants, a short drive to Publix. The only negative was that the dishwasher was broken, but a call to the agency assured us that a new one was on its way.

Quiet getaway

Nice stay. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to beach. House was clean, very comfortable beds, had plenty of kitchen needs. Stairs are required to reach the master bedroom and main kitchen. (Yes, 2 kitchens) So, carrying groceries and luggage up stairs wasn’t great but doable. We mostly ate our meals around St George St. but did try the Oasis just down the road. It was good and they do have a quiet, table/chairs area inside away from the bar. — only thing we “complained “ about was how the HVAC worked. Wasn’t cooling well and outside temps was only around 70. If it was 90 outside, we would have had a real problem. Would stay there again if needed.

Location is perfect!

The location of the property could not be better. There's also lots of beach chairs, beach cart, toys, etc. available and that's a great plus!

Great location. Quite neighborhood. Had trouble with dishwasher but everything else worked as needed. Check in was easy. Good communications with property manager.

Quiet Community

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Surf Crest Village. We loved the fact that it was a quiet community and just a short walk to the beach. The pool was conveniently located just around the corner. This was the second time I had the pleasure of working with Patty. She is great! Grocery stores and restaurants are conveniently located close by. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation Spot!!

Our family said this was our best vacation ever!! All due to this wonderful home. Having two full floors made it super convenient and ,the closeness of the walkway to the beach-perfection all the way around.
