Enjoy a comfy mountain getaway in this thoughtfully decorated 2-bed/2-bath, condo for six. Just minutes away from world-class ski resorts and the highest lift in North America! Look out at stunning mountain views on the private deck or from the comfort of the living room. Spend your day skiing at Breckenridge or Vail, snowshoeing or hiking trails from the backyard, or visiting restaurants and shopping just down the road. Come home to a soak in the hot tub overlooking White River National Forest.

Our top floor, 1070 sq ft condo is well equipped for a family to enjoy their winter vacation with the comforts of home. The kitchen is well supplied for you to prepare a home cooked meal after a day of skiing at some of North America's best resorts. The condo's open floor plan allows everyone to maximize the amount of quality time they are spending together. The vaulted living room has ample seating for the entire family to stretch out and watch a movie on our smart HDTV with a RokuTV package. On a typical Colorado sunny day, you can enjoy expansive and unobstructed views of the Tenmile and Gore Ranges from our living room and deck. A gas grill is available on the deck for use. Hopefully you'll be lucky enough to see the moose, foxes, and other wildlife that wander up to the condo.
The main bedroom with a queen bed has an ensuite bathroom with jetted tub. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and there is a second full bathroom with a newly renovated shower across the hall. Both bathrooms are supplied with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well as fresh towels and washcloths. There is a full size pullout sofa in the living room for extra sleeping space. Pillows, linens, and a comforter are supplied for the pull out.

The unit has its own washer and dryer and is supplied with detergent. This is a very rare feature for condos in the area! No carrying your laundry to a shared coin operated facility on the other end of the complex!

A large hot tub is available year-round for guests to relax in and enjoy views of the national forest.

The rental includes the use of two parking spots.

Please note that, while pets from guests are strictly not allowed per HOA rules, our own dog stays with us while we are using the property. The property is professionally cleaned before each visit, but guests with sensitive allergies should keep this in mind before booking.

Also, we are fortunate enough to have a unit on the top floor that provides incredible views and lofted ceilings. This also means that you will be required to climb two flights of stairs to access the condo as there are no elevators. We promise that its worth it.

We do not provide firewood for use in the fireplace.
