Well furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor (1 staircase required to access unit) condo in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Stay and relax in this comfortable condo overlooking Buffalo Mountain. Enjoy many outdoor activities including skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, shopping, sight-seeing and so much more. This condo sleeps 6 with 2 queen beds, queen sofa sleeper and twin sofa sleeper. Maximum number of parking spaces is 2 unassigned spots. Cable TV and high speed internet included. Conveniently located close to 7 ski resorts including Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, Vail and Beaver Creek. Lake Dillon is a short 10 minute drive. Many wonderful restaurants and breweries nearby as well as supermarkets for those that want to cook in the condo. Indoor/outdoor hot tubs are just steps away from our front door. This unit has a Responsible Agent, whose chief purpose is to respond to an external complaint submitted to the local government regarding the renter's stay in this unit. If the local government receives a complaint about the renter and it contacts the Responsible Agent, the renter will be charged for the Responsible Agent's response with a cost of a $35 flat fee plus $100 per hour charged in 6-minute increments until the complaint is resolved.

Nice nest in Wildernest

Comfortable, quiet unit with nice view of Ten Mile Peak. Very well equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer in unit was a big plus for us. Nicely furnished. We will definitely stay here again if it is available on our next visit to Summit County

August wedding celebration

Needed updating and more thorough cleaning, especially kitchen and bathrooms, shower and tub. Linens and master bed room quilt were not very clean, shower curtain was filthy. The layout of the unit was comfortable.

Beautiful Unit!

Check in was simple. Unit was modern, clean and well stocked. We got stuck on the Vail side of Continental divide due to bad weather and arrived back at our unit late. Our host extended our check out by a couple hours to accommodate us. Stephanie is a Super host and Very quick to respond to All communications.🙏

Silverthorne Watch Hill Condo - Jan 2021

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo was great. It was clean and comfortable, it had all the kitchen utensils needed and then some, deck/TV/fireplace were all great! Easy access to Copper Mtn and Breckenridge for my two days of skiing. I would definitely stay here again—- no complaints.

My wife and I stayed here for a long ski weekend and this unit was just what we needed. Owner is real easy to communicate with and all instructions were detailed and simple. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely property.

It was a lovely property. We were not prepared for the stairs down to the entrance as my husband had mobility issues and the description was first floor. Being from the Midwest, first floor means ground floor, especially when it said easy accessibility. We were VERY pleased that after hearing of our issue, Stephanie immediately changed the description on VRBO to state that stairs were involved. Due to my husband falling extremely ill, we were unable to complete our stay. Stephanie was very gracious and understanding of our plight. She is truly a wonderful person and ray of hope and inspiration in today’s world. By all means, consider staying at this beautiful home in a beautiful location. Thank you Stephanie!

I'm sure that a lot of travelers to the Summit county are doing so to ski. For me and my wife, we just needed a basic condo...no frills. This condo worked well for that purpose. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary items, and the two bathrooms allowed both of us to get ready independently. As the website states, it is "family friendly". If you are not familiar with the Wildernest area, there are tons of dining and shopping at the base of the hill. As such, the condo is just minutes from anything you need. The drive to Copper, where we skied, is about 15 minutes. Keystone is a bit closer, and Breckenridge a bit further. If you are looking for a nice and comfy place to lay your head, this condo works.

Cooper Mountain Ski Vacation

This place was perfect for the four of us. Two couples had seperate bedrooms and bathrooms. Seating area and fireplace a nice touch. We also enjoyed the nearby hottub access outdoors. Soaked up the sun after 2 days of skiing. Just a short 10 minute drive to Cooper Mountain and near a large grocery store and local brewries.

Comfortable, quiet condo

This condo has ample space for 2 couples with ski gear. Cozy fireplace and big window made it comfortable. A lovely fox visited right outside our front windows several mornings.

Wonderful space and wonderful customer service

I would HIGHLY recommend staying here! The condo was very clean and was just the right size for our group of 7. The condo had absolutely everything we needed and the hot tubs were just a few steps away. Stephanie has also been wonderful to work with! She is very responsive and went the extra mile to return an item we forgot at the condo. We will definitely look at staying here again for our next ski trip!

Comfortable condo, great view and two cute foxes)))))

The owners responded really quickly and answered all the questions we had. They also did their best to provide everything we requested. The condo is clean and comfy, just 10-15 minutes driving from Keystone. The view of the mountains is great and we watched two cute red foxes coming to our balcony every day during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place for ski lovers, families with kids and all people who want a great getaway in the mountains

Perfect GetAway - Condo Comfort and More!!!

Breathtaking view, central location and everything needed for a great experience. The owners, Steph and Brett, are extremely accommodating. My husband and I would highly recommend the condo for families, skiers or for a a romantic getaway, any day.

We are from Syracuse, Nebraska and have always loved vacationing in Colorado. After having our daughter we decided that a condo in Colorado would be a great place for family vacations and teaching her to ski as she gets older.

Why they chose this property

After touring several different communities, we fell in love with Watch Hill. It has great mountain views and the units are well laid out. The natural light that comes into the condo from having a corner unit was too good to pass up.

What makes this property unique

Being a bottom floor corner unit offers easy access and views from two sides. The unit is also just steps away from an indoor/outdoor hot tub.
