The neighborhood is located on Lake Hartwell in the footwills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Surrounded by multiple lakes, rivers and over 100 local waterfalls, we are nestled in the NW corner of Oconee County, SC.
The neighborhood has tennis courts, basketball court, large swimming pool and more. There are number of good hikes within a short drive of our home.
Golf at Chickasaw Point Golf Club.
Harbor Light Marina is a short drive or boat ride.
Seneca Clemson Commerce GA Greenville are a few options days trips nearby.
**Please know that we are located in the country close to the lake.
We use a pest control service in and around the home, but you are still likely to see a few insects or other living beings from Mother Nature.

We ask that you do your best to keep outside doors closed when not actively walking through to help prevent any bugs from getting inside.

Our home is not child-proof, and there are many hazards unsafe for children (Stairs, Ladder, Etc.) so please be aware if you choose to bring your little ones that you are doing so at your own risk and must keep an eye on them at all times.

We are a new community that is developing and in the process of growth, for this reason we want you to be aware that a small part of the street leading to the house is not yet paved but is enabled for access.
