Located just a few minutes away from many attractions and activities such as Luquillo’s natural water slide; Las Pailas, the El Yunque rain forest, Carabali adventure course, and the famous Kioskos de Luquillo where you can enjoy some delish food. We are also located 5 minutes away from the ocean and long stretches of beautiful beaches

you can unwind and relax to the singing of the Coqui’s. The Coqui’s sound is unique to Puerto Rico. It’s like peaceful music to enjoy on a pleasant night.

The space
There’s two bedrooms one bedroom with a queen size bed second bedroom with two twin size beds and air conditioner on bedrooms.
The living room has a queen size sofa bed and a portable air conditioner also there’s a dining table.
The kitchen is complete with appliances including coffee maker, bread toaster macro wave pots pans ,dishes Etc and a good size refrigerator.
Bathroom has a shower we provide towels beach chairs beach towels,
Hair dryer iron and iron table
The patio has a table , chairs an umbrella and a master built charcoal grill.
Note we don’t provide the charcoal and there’s no need to use lighter fluid in the master built grill.
The parking spot is for one car only if needed there is parking in the street .

We had a great stay here. Close to El Yunque and the beach. Property had all we needed and even some beach chairs, sun umbrella and cooler to use.

Quiet and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was in the home. It was a very comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly as well.

Don Julio is a very nice man. He was very attentive and provided all the information we requested. The home was clean, nice and comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Everything was✨AMAZING✨. My kids & I stayed a week & felt right at home. Mornings are great but at night the coqui frogs make your stay sound/feel magical! Only 7 minutes away from Playa La pared & 15 minutes from Playa Azul. &#x1faf6;&#x1f3fd;

Amazing location an great host

This location can't be beat. It is secluded enough, yet a quick drive to the beach, a quick drive to the rainforest and a quick drive to all of the restaurants and shops you might need. Julio lives upstairs and was quick to bring us flashlights when the power went out and was an overall excellent host. My favorite part was sitting outside and listening to the sounds of the birds and the coqui frogs at night. The apartment itself was fine. The only thing I would mention is that if you are squeemish with bugs, we had crickets, spiders, roaches, and little flies living with us. It is close to the rainforest, so not really surprising, but worth a mention.

I was expecting a property in nature. This is actually in a neighborhood that has houses close together with many barking dogs and roosters. The grass was not cut, the grill was in tall grass and there was space to sit and relax.The interior was dark and ceilings low. It was clean, however. From the pictures on the website, it looked as if it was very near to the rainforest. It was not. I Think this is pretty typical in the area for people to misrepresent their properties. Hotel stays from now on for me while in Puerto Rico.

3 day stop over in Loquillo

Property is very clean and safe. Gated with a remote. Lots of outdoor seating and a table in the front yard. You are in an older part of town with some neglected homes but Don Julio's is perfect. Sitting in the front yard there are large banana trees so you really don't see any of the other homes and it is very private. We needed a late check out and it was no issue at all and Don Julio insisted we take our time and enjoy ourselves. He told us of a great hiking trail to do although we ran out of time to see it. There was nothing we needed during our stay, lots of towels, dishes, beach chairs a cooler etc. great place to stay and a short drive to town. Oh, and he has a great charcoal BBQ/smoker!

En primer lugar la comunidad es fea, Segundo el apt sirve solo para dormir, esta limpia y organizada solo que al abrir la puerta el recibimiento fue una pequeña culebra, al dia siguiente los buenos días no los dio un pequeño rajiero( ratón). El grill y lo q se ve en la parte fuera es imposible de confiar para darle uso al igual q en la cocina del apt, el calentador del baño al utilizar la ducha o es sumamente caliente o sumamente fria no hay termino medio. En realidad no era nada de lo q esperabamos. De todas maneras gracias
