House is great for Hiking and golf

The house was clean upon arrival and well furnish. We play golf and it's well located for that and also great hiking close buy. Grocery is very accessible and hold town of Scottsdale. However the house need some love and the mattress are done and need to be change. I recommended the house it is quiet and a lot of wildlife.

Great accommodations

The house was exceptionally clean and very well stocked with anything we needed. Beautiful place and looking forward to returning next year. Appreciated being met at house and everything explained including pool function

The weather was a bit too chilly for the pool and we did not use the hot tub, but the patio fire place was used several times and it was perfect! We only prepared one meal and found that the kitchen is fully equipped. The beds are very comfortable and the neighborhood is very quiet. We would definitely stay here again. This neighborhood is very handy to get in and out of.

Summer Girls Trip AZ

Perfect summer get away for a girls weekend. The home was absolutely perfect. Super clean, all rooms are spacious and the backyard is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and would come back 💯.

Fantastic Northern Location

This is a fantastic property in a quiet pocket north of all the hustle and bustle of Scottsdale, yet close to amenities. The backyard space is superb. We cancelled activities just to spend more time in this space. Why pay to visit the desert botanical gardens when all the plants are literally in the backyard? The wide variety of bird species all sing in full glory every morning. This property is one we would rebook in a heartbeat.

The property is well located, clean, and nicely appointed with quality furniture and appliances. Cave Creek is a favourite destination for us. A nice artisan community N of Pheonix. We particularly like hiking and cycling in and around the area.

Nice Getaway

This was a great spot for a Thanksgiving getaway for 4 adults, a toddler, and a baby. The house had everything we needed to cook and entertain. It was spacious with more than enough bedrooms and baths. The pool was great, but pretty expensive to heat. Overall, this is a great spot in the desert for a nice getaway.

The location is great and the neighbours, when you see them, are friendly and welcoming. Our only disappointment was that the houses namesake cactus had died!

Perfect Desert Getaway

This property was perfect and accommodated a group of 5 adults very nicely. Everything worked great and it is well stocked. The location gives you easy access to Carefree and Cave Creek while still be close to North Scottsdale. We explored the lakes and desert and would love to come back.

Beautiful quiet retreat

Reviewer Comments: We rented this property ticket together with our children and grandchildren all at the same time who live out of state it was a wonderful experience that was plenty of room it wasn't too far from any kind of grocery store but it was far enough you felt the peace and the quiet and could see the stars the pool made it even more enjoyable along with the seating and the entertainment and such that we we're able to do that they had given us in the experience thank you again

Relaxing quiet neigborhood

Great location! The property is located on a beautiful large lot surrounded by nature and foliage indicative of Arizona's natural landscape. Home was great for our two teen grandsons with the game room and pool area. Kitchen was large and had all the cooking necessities. Our only complaint would be that their housekeeping service could step it up a notch. Baseboards and corners were dirty otherwise we would definitely rent again.

Everything. appliances, furniture, pool, spa, was top quality, and in new condition. The home design was wonderful, again, meant for a full-time home for someone. This was not a typical rental unit. A lot of time, care, and attention to quality was apparent. This was perhaps the best rental home experience we have had in the area.

Great stay

We were in AZ for a funeral. Latitude 8 was amazing to work with. Wes was very kind, helpful and accommodating. The house was clean, there were extra linens, and towels. The kids loved the hot tub and playing Monopoly in the game room.

Extra charges for pool and spa that we did not use.

Property was nice, but the manager did not meet us there, the bbq propane was almost empty, and we were charged for heating the pool and spa, neither of which we used. The property manager is not returning my calls or emails
