Located in the heart of Scottsdale, this modern desert retreat is the epitome of Scottsdale's outdoor living. High end, luxury beds and mattresses. New porcelain tile floors. Backyard includes a bocce court, corn hole, Spa/jacuzzi, wood burning fire pit, pool, outdoor pool table, and a putting green. Space includes a dual monitor home office work station and yoga/fitness workout equipment. 4 flat screen TVs (including a 75 and 70 inch). Thanks for interest and consideration.

Trevor is very responsive. The property is clean & in a great location. Decorated extremely well. The outside has allot to offer as far as sitting areas, games, etc. The backyard is very private. Lots of added amenities inside; spices, flour, coffee, games, Sonos speakers, dog toys & bowls, a lot of extra towels, pool toys, etc.

Lovely Staycation in Scottsdale

Lovely property located near everything. How was very well decorated and had all the upgrades. Beds were comfortable and the outside had everything you could need for a good time. Enjoyed the quiet and pool the whole weekend. Thank Trevor for being a great host.

Clean house in a quiet neighborhood

Overall a really nice place, accessible to everything in Scottsdale in a short drive. Only 25 minutes to PHX airport. Didn’t use the pool but it looked clean and ready to go.

Great for a quick retreat

Beds were comfy, house was clean, and the backyard was beautiful. I also liked how close the house was to a park so I could get a quick run in while on vacation. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Great place!

We make regular trips to Scottsdale for medical care but usually stay in hotels. Decided to try a short term rental this trip and wow were we glad we did! Such a nice, homey, comfortable, and well appointed place with a great backyard. The host was very responsive and great. Highly recommend!

We’ve had to stay in many places in Phoenix and Scottsdale over the last year and this by far has been the best place we’ve stayed. Had everything and more that you could possibly need. All communication was excellent. Comfortable, clean and very comfortable. We highly recommend this home.

The good. Rooms were nice and good size. Great backyard and common areas in house to hang out in. Well stocked kitchen. Clean and comfortable home. Lots to entertain you in the house and outside. The linens were comfortable and there were more than enough big towels.The not so good. The hot tub was not cleaned and well maintained. The water was green with a gross film and smelled bad. We were told to take care of it ourselves. The water feature of the pool was broken and we were looking forward to that. There were also some small maintenance issues that we had to fix ourselves ex. Slider screen doors would not open and shut so we fixed them and a few other things.

Thanks for staying with us and for the nice comments about the house. Just to clarify for future guests. The hot tub is professionally serviced every week and was fully cleaned and balanced before your stay. When you asked about the hot tub towards the end of your stay, we let you know you could add the floater if you prefer a stronger level before the technician is back for regular maintenance the day you were checking out. The pool fountains have been permanently turned off after repeated damage from past guests. They are purely cosmetic and very loud, so they do not affect the pool experience. The slider you mentioned was a brand new unit and has since been checked again and is working properly. We appreciate the feedback and are glad you enjoyed the rest of your stay.

There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The property features a putting green, a private swimming pool (not heated) surrounded by desert landscaping, a jacuzzi tub for a relaxing soak, an outdoor wood-burning fire pit, and an entertaining kitchen. There are also several outdoor heaters for cooler nights! Netflix and Roku available for easy access on the 4 TVs throughout the home, including an Outdoor TV and 75-inch LED TV in the Living Room, 70 inch in the master bedroom, 55inch in the backyard, and a 37 inch in the second bedroom. Surround sound Sonos system including PlayBar, You won't find a better home audio system. Board games, cards, puzzles, and more. You will never want to leave!

Less than a mile drive (12-15 minute walk) to Safeway grocery, liquor and pharmacy. 5 minute drive to all the hot spots in Kierland. Golf, restaurants, lounges, and shopping, are all close-by. 10 minutes to TPC Scottsdale (Waste Management Open) and Scottsdale airport. 20 minutes to Old Town and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Uber and Lyft always available and typically arrive within 5-10 minutes.
