This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath coastal retreat sits directly on the beach, offering breathtaking views from nearly every room. Step outside to your private dune walkover, stroll down to collect seashells, or relax by the saltwater pool and spa — perfect for lazy afternoons or evening soaks under the stars.
Halfway up the entryway stairs, you’ll find the sparkling pool and spa — your personal oasis for cooling off or unwinding after a day in the sun. Continue upward to the main porch, where a calming water fountain and panoramic Intracoastal sunset views set the perfect tone for golden evenings.

Main Living Area
Inside, the open-concept living space is designed for comfort and coastal charm:
A wall of floor-to-ceiling windows frames the Atlantic, bringing the ocean right to you.
A 60” HD TV, oversized sofa, and cozy chairs create the ultimate spot for morning coffee or movie nights.
A telescope lets you watch shrimp boats on the horizon or pelicans diving for their catch.
The kitchen features stone countertops, a large island beneath a skylight, stainless steel appliances, a built-in microwave, and a walk-in pantry — perfect for family meals or entertaining.
The dining area, with seating for eight and a stunning oyster-shell chandelier, makes every meal feel like an occasion.

Bedrooms & Baths
Primary Suite: King bed, oceanfront views, and private balcony access. The ensuite bathroom features a massive walk-in rain shower and a luxurious clawfoot soaking tub.
Guest Suite 1: King bed + cozy daybed, perfect for lounging or an extra sleeper.
Guest Suite 2: Two extra-long twin beds and a shared side porch overlooking the Intracoastal.
Downstairs Suite: King bed, full bath, and a second washer/dryer — ideal for guests seeking privacy or extended stays.
All bedrooms offer brand-new beds and plush linens for a restful night’s sleep.

Saltwater pool & spa (pool heat available for $150 from November - February only).

Sea Turtle Season (May–October)
Island Time is proud to help protect our nesting sea turtles.
Please help us keep the beach dark by turning off exterior lights and lowering shades on the ocean-facing side after dusk.

Additional Details
Check-in: 4 PM (early check-in only with prior approval)

Keyless entry: Door code provided 48 hours before arrival

No events, no parties, no large gatherings — no exceptions

Pets: Strictly prohibited (including ESAs). Certified service dogs welcome with notice prior to arrival. Unauthorized pets incur a $500 non-refundable fee and possible eviction.

Pool Heat Option:
Available November through February for an additional $150 fee. Please request at least 48 hours before check-in so we can have the pool warm and ready for your arrival. Pool is set to 85 degrees when heated.

Age:
You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.

Sea Turtles:
From May 1 - October 31, we have sea turtles who nest on our beaches each year. While they`re nesting, the beach needs to be kept as dark as possible. Since this house is oceanfront, we need your help to keep our sea turtles safe. Beginning at dusk on the side of the house that faces the beach, we ask that you please:
1) turn off all outside lights
2) pull down all window shades for any windows or glass doors.

Thank you for helping us give our sea turtles the darkness they need.

No pets allowed. Violation of this rule will immediately cancel the reservation, you will be required to vacate the property and no monies will be refunded.
