DINING ROOM- Formal dining area next to the kitchen with seating for 10. Additional seating in the open sun room for 4 more.



LIVING ROOM- Extremely spacious living area and game room. Includes large wrap around couch in front of the smart tv. Large smart tv for binging your favorite shows. Game are with board games and ping pong table



OFFICE- Off of the living space with futon.



HALF BATHROOM- Connected the office and living space.



BEDROOM 1- Furnished with King bed and dresser. Pool deck and waterfront views



FULL BATHROOM 1- Attached to bedroom with shower and double vanity.



BEDROOM 2- Furnished with King bed, dresser, large walk in closet, and smart tv.



FULL BATHROOM 2- Attached to bedroom with large walk in shower.



FULL BATHROOM 3- Accessed from the hallway with shower/tub combo.



BEDROOM 3- Furnished with Queen bed. Connected to small living space with futon, smart tv, and closet.



FULL BATHROOM 4- Connected to bedroom 3 with shower.



BEDROOM 4- Furnished with Queen bed and dresser.



LAUNDRY- Spacious laundry room with ample storage. Washer and dryer with iron and ironing board supplied

WATERFRONT DOCK- Spacious deck to enjoy sunsets and fishing. Catch red fish. flounder, and more!



FIRE TABLE- Fire table with seating on the waterfront



COOKING- Wood burning oven and grill to add options to your meal selections during your stay



SWING BED- A private swing bed to lounge in out of the sun, next to the pool deck



PARKING- Off street parking in 2 separate driveways for up to 6-8 cars, with additional parking in the garage.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire 5 bedroom home, private pool area, and waterfront dock.



Other Things to Note:

PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home (some exceptions are allowed, please ask). The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.

-Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $200 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)



**Important** If booking for a wedding group, bachelor/bachelorette party please send message BEFORE confirming the reservation. Additional security deposit will be required.
