Love the property, especially it being gated and 24 hour security, quiet neighborhood. Booking agents Ann and Gary were great!. The property manager answered and took care of an issue with the fridge promptly, she was quick to answer. That being said, this is a beautiful neighborhood. There are some things that need very much needed attention. The dishwasher needs to be replaced, dishes come out dirty every time, (Nasty). Bulbs were burnout in the living room and over the bar in the kitchen. Lamp upstairs was completely broken could not use. Window Blinds downstairs to where you can look out into pool were broken, couldn't open them. Toilet in downstairs master bathroom would get stopped up, the guts in the tank need to be replaced due to the chain getting tangled up . Manager brought by a plunger and a trash can for the Kitchen. Some of the Pots and pans need to be thrown in trash they are bent or peeling. NOT enough silverware, 3 spoons. Coffee maker is old and leaks, needs to be replaced. Black coffee table leg is broken. The front deadbolt needs to be replaced with a correct deadbolt. When you pay the price to rent these villas they need to be up to par. These are inexpensive things that could be fixed easily. If I were the owner I would want to know these things and correct them. Also, make sure filters are changed for the A/C system. My husband and I met one of the home owners in the neighborhood very nice man. Would stay here again, due to the safety, security, Ann and Gary (booking agents) and the property manager. The home owner has a great team handling her property. Im sure their hands are tied as far as the things being fixed or replaced in the home. The homeowner just needs to take care of these things.
