MCM Condo Downtown Palm Springs

Enjoy a memorable stay in Downtown Palm Springs at this centrally-located 1 bedroom condo in the heart of the city. The unit has been recently renovated with mid-century modern furnishings.

Walking distance to many of the attractions that you might have brought you to Palm Springs: Restaurants, shopping, bars/nightlife, Convention Center, Agua Caliente Casino. Condo complex also complete with a pool, two hot tubs and two tennis/ pickle ball courts.

There is covered parking available to you in space 7P. In order to access the parking you'll need to use the gate opener which you will have access to upon check in. It is located in front of the coffee make along with the good neighbor policy you will need to sign.

The Biarritz complex is in a lovely downtown neighborhood, very convenient to everything in Palm Springs. It is very walkable, safe, and dog-friendly. You can walk to literally hundreds of cafes, shops, galleries, restaurants, and nightclubs.

If you arrive by Thursday, the Palm Springs' downtown area 'Village Fest' on Palm Canyon Drive is transformed into a bustling street fair...Artists, craftsmen, food vendors, musicians and entertainers are there to entertain. Stock up on local farm veggies/fruit or enjoy some great people watching.

Also experience, on Friday from 4pm to 9pm, 'First Friday On North Palm Canyon' (every month, year-round), between Tachevah and Amado Road, featuring entertainment, food and fun, where more than 50 antique furnishings and art stores remain open into the late evening.

You will get a good nights rest in our California King bed. The sun rises from the living room side so you do not have to worry about the sun shining on you in the bed as you wake up. We often will eat on the patio outside the master bedroom while enjoying the beautiful view.
Please look over the City Code Required Good Neighbor Brochure on the side of the refrigerator and sign the good neighbor policy. Please leave it by the coffee maker when you check-out.

There is free parking in the parking lot or by using the gate opener by the coffee maker you can park in the covered parking that is located below our unit. Our space is 7P, you are not allowed to park in any other spot. Please leave the gate opener on the good neighbor sheet you signed upon check out. Should you lose or damage the gate opener there will be a $295 charge to replace it.
